Ms Lina & John is the best, they handle us so well and the information was very clear. Ms Lina, always make sure that we’re all okay and she will double triple check for the participants. she can speaks a few languages and i can totally understand her very well. the bus were comfortable too and John is very welcoming, really recommended with this agency! definitely 4.9/5 ❤️

I highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Milan independently and looking for a local tour to Lake Como! It was my first time joining a tour with a foreign guide and being the only non-foreigner among a group of international travelers, so I was a bit worried about how it would go. However, the meeting point was exactly as marked on the map, and both the bus driver and the guide were very kind. Especially our guide, Chiara, she constantly looked out for me, who was traveling alone, and meticulously checked if I was comfortable, so I never felt out of place. I also didn't research any lunch spots beforehand, but the guide immediately booked a recommended restaurant for me on the spot, so I had a great lunch. (It was also funny and helpful when I was debating menu options, and she honestly told me which ones weren't great and which were better, haha!) Exploring Como and Bellagio can be surprisingly tiring, but traveling comfortably by bus meant I could even catch some sleep on the way back. The return journey was also incredibly beautiful, passing by the Alps and offering views of Swiss lakes. Thank you so much, Guide Chiara! As a side note, when crossing the lake, you'll be on a huge cruise ship. I recommend doing a headcount with the guide on deck first, and then standing by the edge of the boat to get the best view. A lot of people get on, and if you sit in a chair, everyone blocks your view, so you won't see anything. Also, it gets cold, so a jacket is essential!

Toto je výlet, na ktorý moja rodina a ja nikdy nezabudneme! Od úchvatných výhľadov na jazero Como až po čaro Bellagia a eleganciu Lugana, každý okamih bol skutočne výnimočný. Itinerár bol dokonale naplánovaný, uvoľnený, no zároveň obohacujúci, a umožnil nám naplno si užiť každú destináciu. Prežili sme absolútne nádherný čas – ďakujeme, že ste pre nás vytvorili takýto krásny zážitok. Arrivederci e mille grazie! 🇮🇹✨

Áno. Viem, že je to dosť drahé, ale naozaj si užívam vlak a Como. Čas strávený v St. Moritz je vlastne len na obed🤣🤣 a je tam plno luxusu!! Ale vlak je úžasný, len to nie je ten slávny s celým oknom, len ten obyčajný.

Prehliadka bola jednoducho úžasná, od sprievodcu sme sa dozvedeli veľa zaujímavých informácií, ďakujeme mu veľmi pekne, ak sa nemýlim, sprievodca sa volal Simon a vodič Max. Bolo to veľmi pútavé, pohodlné, určite odporúčam.

Splendid 10/10 tour! We received an upgrade because our original booking needed to be cancelled - which included everything we booked in Como and Bellagio, but on private boats while on the lake, and with Lugano included. The host Anna was impeccable - informed, communicative (English, Italian, Spanish), and very courteous. Comfy coach and boats, enough time to see things by ourselves plus time spent hearing from Anna as a group. Fullest recommendations!
