Doamna Lina și John sunt cei mai buni, ne-au tratat atât de bine și informațiile au fost foarte clare. Doamna Lina se asigură întotdeauna că suntem cu toții bine și verifică de două-trei ori pentru participanți. Vorbește câteva limbi și o pot înțelege perfect. Autobuzul a fost confortabil, iar John este foarte primitor, recomand cu adevărat această agenție! Cu siguranță 4.9/5 ❤️

I highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Milan independently and looking for a local tour to Lake Como! It was my first time joining a tour with a foreign guide and being the only non-foreigner among a group of international travelers, so I was a bit worried about how it would go. However, the meeting point was exactly as marked on the map, and both the bus driver and the guide were very kind. Especially our guide, Chiara, she constantly looked out for me, who was traveling alone, and meticulously checked if I was comfortable, so I never felt out of place. I also didn't research any lunch spots beforehand, but the guide immediately booked a recommended restaurant for me on the spot, so I had a great lunch. (It was also funny and helpful when I was debating menu options, and she honestly told me which ones weren't great and which were better, haha!) Exploring Como and Bellagio can be surprisingly tiring, but traveling comfortably by bus meant I could even catch some sleep on the way back. The return journey was also incredibly beautiful, passing by the Alps and offering views of Swiss lakes. Thank you so much, Guide Chiara! As a side note, when crossing the lake, you'll be on a huge cruise ship. I recommend doing a headcount with the guide on deck first, and then standing by the edge of the boat to get the best view. A lot of people get on, and if you sit in a chair, everyone blocks your view, so you won't see anything. Also, it gets cold, so a jacket is essential!

This is a tour that my family and I will never forget! From the breathtaking views of Lake Como to the charm of Bellagio and the elegance of Lugano, every moment felt truly special. The itinerary was perfectly planned, relaxed yet enriching, and allowed us to enjoy each destination to the fullest. Da. Știu că este de fapt un pic scump, dar îmi place trenul și Como. Timpul petrecut în St. Moritz este de fapt doar pentru prânz🤣🤣 și plin de lux acolo!! Dar trenul este atât de grozav, dar nu este cel faimos cu geamuri panoramice, ci doar cel normal.

Excursia a fost pur și simplu minunată, am aflat multe informații interesante de la ghid, îi mulțumesc mult, dacă nu mă înșel, ghidul se numea Simon, iar șoferul Max. A fost foarte captivant, confortabil, recomand cu siguranță.

Tur splendid de nota 10/10! Am primit un upgrade deoarece rezervarea noastră inițială a trebuit anulată – care includea tot ce am rezervat în Como și Bellagio, dar pe bărci private în timp ce eram pe lac, și cu Lugano inclus. Gazda Anna a fost impecabilă – informată, comunicativă (engleză, italiană, spaniolă) și foarte amabilă. Autocar și bărci confortabile, suficient timp să vedem lucrurile pe cont propriu, plus timp petrecut ascultând-o pe Anna ca grup. Recomandări maxime!
