I had a great time on this trip and would definitely recommend it! The day started near Milano Centrale, where we met our group. A lovely surprise was when our driver, Alfonso, gave a rose to all the women on the tour♡ a wonderful way to start the day. Our first stop was Como, which was beautiful, followed by Bellagio, my favorite destination. I only wish we had more time there. Our guide, Sonia, was fantastic and gave great recommendations at every stop, from places to see to cafés, pastry shops, and local treats. The boat ride on Lake Como was another highlight, with stunning views of the lake and famous villas while Sonia shared interesting information along the way. We ended the day in Lugano, Switzerland, which felt like a hidden gem. The scenery was beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxed, and it felt less crowded than other destinations. Overall, it was a well-organized tour with amazing views, great guidance, and memorable experiences.

The tour guide provided commentary in both English and Spanish. The bus was completely full this time, very crowded, so it's really best to just bring a small bag. After getting off the boat, the guide didn't take attendance, and he dismissed us before I even arrived, which meant I didn't hear the meeting point. That was a bit scary. The guide also didn't provide his contact number, so there was no way to reach him. However, Lake Como is truly beautiful, and getting there can be a bit complicated, so I still recommend going with a tour.

Unforgettable Alps Experience – A Must-Do Day Trip! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Booking the Bernina Red Train and St. Moritz tour via Klook was seamless and worth every penny! The Highlights: The train ride along the UNESCO World Heritage route is absolute perfection. The panoramic views of snow-capped peaks, alpine lakes, and glaciers look straight out of a postcard. St. Moritz itself is charming, elegant, and great for a quick stroll, photos, and coffee. Organization: The coach transfer was smooth, the pick-up point was easy to find, and our guide kept everything running right on schedule. Pro Tip: Try to sit on the left side of the train for the best photo angles, and don't forget your passport since you’ll be crossing the border into Switzerland!Highly recommended for anyone looking to check a bucket-list Swiss Alps journey off their list without the stress of self-planning.

Overall positive experience as the itinerary is comprehensive just that the time allocated to the places is short. However, understood it’s due to the time constraint, so it’s fine. The guide is good and her explanation is very detailed.

Lake Como Countryside Cruise and Bellgio Day tour was absolutely breathtaking….The whole scenic beauty of Lake Como and Bellagio and truly marvelous…We had a great time as a family…Our tour guide Manuela was also very supportive…Thank you Klook.

I really enjoyed this guided tour. The overall itinerary was well-organized and not exhausting. Next time, I'd love to take an in-depth trip to explore Lake Como, visit the luxury villas, and spend more time relaxing and daydreaming in Bellagio. I really liked our tour guide, Lina. She was extremely enthusiastic, great at setting a lively atmosphere, multilingual, taught us Italian along the way, and recommended great local restaurants worth trying. Best of all, there were no forced purchases whatsoever. It was a wonderful experience.

We were informed the night before that itinerary has changed which includes an excursion to Lake Lugano. Turned out to be pleasantly surprised. Tour guide Armato is very knowledgeable on history of Lake Como and Italy in general Giuseppe the driver is amazing navigating such narrow roads with a coach bus. very good trip overall
