We were informed the night before that itinerary has changed which includes an excursion to Lake Lugano. Turned out to be pleasantly surprised. Tour guide Armato is very knowledgeable on history of Lake Como and Italy in general Giuseppe the driver is amazing navigating such narrow roads with a coach bus. very good trip overall
Splendid 10/10 tour! We received an upgrade because our original booking needed to be cancelled - which included everything we booked in Como and Bellagio, but on private boats while on the lake, and with Lugano included. The host Anna was impeccable - informed, communicative (English, Italian, Spanish), and very courteous. Comfy coach and boats, enough time to see things by ourselves plus time spent hearing from Anna as a group. Fullest recommendations!
It is easy to find a pick-up location. The tour guide, Anna was very good, detailed, thoughtful arrangements, gave me a deeper understanding of Lake Como, worth it. Except the return bus is parked far away, you have to walk a long way.
