Lake Como Ferry is a magical scenic experience. Blue sky and blue water offer a postcard view of Lake Como. Walking around Bellagio old town is simply beautiful and unforgettable.

The tour guide provided commentary in both English and Spanish, and the bus was completely full this time – very crowded, so it's really best to just bring a small bag. After getting off the boat, the guide didn't even take attendance; he dismissed us before I had even arrived, which meant I didn't hear the meeting point, which was a bit scary. The guide also didn't provide his contact number, so there was no way to reach him. However, Lake Como is truly beautiful, and getting there can be a bit troublesome, so I still recommend going with a tour.

Great Tour guide - Adriano. At first since it agency handling is not written on the booking, we were asking people around. There was another tour to Lake Como and our name was not there. But about 30 minutes prior to meeting time, we were able to meet Adriano and everything from then on went very well.

This tour is highly recommended for those traveling independently in Milan and looking for a local tour to Lake Como! I was a bit worried about being the only Korean among foreigners and having a foreign guide, as it was my first time, but the meeting point was exactly as shown on the map, and both the bus driver and the guide were very kind. Especially our guide, Chiara, she continuously looked out for me, who was traveling alone, and meticulously checked if I was uncomfortable anywhere, so I didn't feel isolated at all. I went to lunch without researching any restaurants, but the guide immediately booked a recommended restaurant for me on the spot, so I had a great lunch. (It was also funny and nice that when I was deliberating over the menu, she honestly told me which dishes weren't great and which were better, haha.) Lake Como and Bellagio can be surprisingly tiring to explore, but traveling comfortably by bus meant I could even catch some sleep on the way back. The return journey was also incredibly beautiful, passing by the Alps and offering views of Swiss lakes. Thank you so much, Guide Chiara!! As a tip, when crossing the lake, you take a huge cruise ship... I recommend doing a headcount with the guide on board first, and then standing by the edge of the boat to see the views... A lot of people get on, and if you sit in a chair, you won't see anything because everyone blocks the view ㅜㅜ And it gets cold, so a jacket is a must!!

When we first gathered, there were many tour buses, and we had to ask each one to find our group. The tour guide diligently explained things in English and Spanish alternately on both the bus and the boat, sometimes even under the scorching sun. Very professional, thank you, tour guide! Lake Como and Bellagio are beautiful, and I highly recommend a day trip here!

Katia's tour guide introduction was excellent. The overall itinerary allows you to visit most of the main attractions. However, if you're looking for a more in-depth experience, a one-day tour might not be suitable.

The day before, I was looking for a suitable Lake Como tour on Klook and found many similar ones, but I finally decided on this one. When I went to the pickup location, it wasn't the exact spot shown on the map. Looking around, I saw large buses waiting and people gathered about 50 meters away, and that turned out to be the pickup location. It would be good to make the map marking a bit clearer. Other than that, the schedule seemed to proceed well. We had 1 hour of free time in Como city. Afterwards, we moved by ferry for about 2 hours on Lake Como. The ferry was also large. The guide also seemed to work hard. It was a shame it rained, but I enjoyed the sightseeing. We had 2 hours of free time in Bellagio, and the streets of Bellagio were very beautiful.
