Let me share my personal experience from my trip in June. It was incredibly difficult to book tickets for the Colosseum on the official website, so I spent a long time searching on a platform before finding this tour. Initially, I wanted a tour with a live guide, but the tour fees were too expensive. I ended up choosing a package that included an app-based audio guide (as my trip was planned rather last-minute). There's no live guide. When you arrive at the site, you'll scan a QR code, and your phone will provide a Chinese tour guide (you need to download the POP guide app beforehand). The process involves arriving early at a shop near the Colosseum to exchange your voucher with a staff member. They will give you a physical ticket and the QR code for the audio guide. Once you have your ticket, you can head to the Colosseum. Since it's a timed entry, you can arrive 15 minutes early, which is roughly your entry time. At the entrance, look for staff wearing yellow vests. After entering, you'll wait for the security check. Although the platform mentioned skip-the-line access, I went on a weekday and didn't queue for long, only for security. (Customer service confirmed that this package indeed includes skip-the-line service after the security check). After exploring the Colosseum, you can rest outside for a bit before re-entering the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. (These have different entrances; there are three entrances to choose from here). It took me 4-5 hours to walk through these three sites; they are truly vast. Overall, I think it was a good experience, and communication with the official customer service was also quite prompt. Additionally, I've pasted below my previous conversation with customer service regarding questions I had about this package. I initially didn't understand what "excluding the arena floor" meant, and only understood after asking customer service. You can refer to it: "Excluding the arena floor" means you cannot walk to the center of the arena, the ground level where gladiators used to fight. The main difference between the two is the "viewing location": Your package (excluding the arena floor): You stand in the spectator stands (1st-2nd levels) overlooking the entire interior of the arena and the underground, offering the most magnificent photo angles. Package including the arena floor: You can walk onto the central wooden stage. So, even though my package didn't include walking onto the central stage (it was cheaper...), I could still see the entire panorama of the Colosseum, which I think is also good. Eddy is the most amazing guide! He is equally knowledgeable and humorous. His detailed explanations helped us to appreciate the centuries of history, culture, and art preserved in the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel. I would definitely recommend paying more for a guided experience! It's well worth it!

My walking tour of the Pantheon was amazing, and Giorgio, our guide, was very friendly and gave us a lot of information about the history of the sites we visited. As it was summer, he also tried to walk through the shaded areas as much as possible. We also went to the Piazza by St. Agnes Church, and you can still see the grooves from the chariots. Highly recommend, and I found the meeting spot easy to find. Thank you so much.

This was so worth the amount paid. I got the three attractions pass and was able to book the Vatican Museums, Colosseum, and the Castel Sant'Angelo with this pass. It was extremely convenient and easy to use.

Upon arrival at the meeting point, we were greeted by the friendly uniformed staff, and everything went smoothly. We had a VR introduction to the history of the Gondola before taking a short walk to the pier. The Gondola experience was great, giving us the chance to tour Venice slowly by boat. The price on Klook is very reasonable compared to booking on-site. Highly recommended!

Didn’t know that you have to exchange for the real ticket at the office first before queuing. Luckily the lady let me in instead of asking me to queue on my time slot again. Otherwise nice small museum with other old sculptures and musical instruments.

J'ai toujours aimé visiter le Dôme de Milan. J'ai toujours été émerveillé par sa beauté et je me suis demandé comment il avait été construit. Le musée a même ajouté des points forts à notre visite. Je recommande vivement de réserver/visiter pendant votre séjour à Milan. Prenez l'accès anticipé pour éviter la foule.

Un buen evento para unirse antes de ir de compras. Iglesia asombrosa. Un esfuerzo y tiempo increíbles para construirla.

We truly enjoyed this full day excursion even if it was short as the travel time was lengthy. Our guide on that day was great and made sure that we were together even though it was such a big group. People stuck to the timeline so it was timely in transitioning to the next area.

Serravalle Designer Outlet is an easy and worthwhile shopping trip from Milano Centrale Railway Station. The shuttle journey is smooth and seamless, taking about 3 hours round-trip. Tip: choose front or mid seats at pickup from Centrale FS for a more comfortable ride. The outlet itself offers an excellent retail mix with a wide range of international and luxury brands. The shopping experience stands out for its attractive discounts, with many stores offering substantial savings throughout the year. Store layouts are spacious and well-maintained, allowing for a relaxed browsing experience even during peak hours. Overall, Serravalle Designer Outlet combines accessibility, comfort, and strong retail value, making it a worthwhile addition to any Milan itinerary.

This place is awesome and super easy to get tickets for. The sights are absolutely breathtaking. I only had time to check out the main building, unfortunately. I really hope they start offering tickets just for that part in the future. It would be great to be able to visit again without having to buy a full package.

J'avais réservé une autre visite des musées du Vatican et de la Chapelle Sixtine pour le matin, mais mon fils voulait vraiment monter au dôme. J'hésitais à ajouter cela, craignant que ce ne soit trop de marche pour mon fils et moi après la visite du matin. Je suis heureuse de dire que je suis ravie d'avoir ajouté cela à notre itinéraire, car cela nous a donné l'impression que notre voyage au Vatican était maintenant complet. Quelle façon spéciale et unique de regarder la nef de la basilique d'en haut, et une vue magnifique sur la ville depuis le sommet. Mon fils a dit que c'était l'une des meilleures choses que nous ayons faites de tout le voyage ! Nous avons rencontré les guides devant le café désigné, et ils nous ont aidés à nous accompagner jusqu'au début de la file d'attente. Nous n'avons attendu que 5 minutes pour passer la sécurité, puis nous étions libres de nous promener à l'intérieur de la basilique et de monter au dôme à l'heure qui nous était impartie.
