Ottavia and our driver were fantastic! Ottavia was incredibly hands-on and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. She took excellent care of us and shared interesting historical insights about the places we passed along the way. The complimentary coffee and water, biscuits, candy, postcards, and photo service were such lovely surprises and really added to the experience. We truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches!

I was very impressed with this half-day tour. It's perfect for someone like me who has limited time. The journey was comfortable, taking only 1.5 hours for the round trip to Hallstatt from Salzburg. Additionally, there were many beautiful views along the way. The guide was also very knowledgeable. This tour allowed 2.5 hours to walk around the village, which I found to be sufficient for me.

Lily is also extremely polite, friendly, and professional in the way she treated with everyone. What impressed me the most was her deep knowledge and passion for the places we visited. She was also very attentive, always making sure that everyone in the group felt comfortable and included. In addition, Lily managed the schedule very well, keeping everything organized while still allowing us enough time to explore and take photos. Her positive attitude and warm personality made the whole experience even more memorable. I highly recommend Lily to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, kind, and engaging tour guide. She truly made the trip special.

This tour is very convenient, and the itinerary is well-arranged. Train tickets are already included, so after gathering at the meeting point, we just walk to the train station and board the train. The tour leader was also excellent; they even lent us money for the restroom and explained the history and culture of each attraction. They also waited for everyone at each location before starting the explanation, ensuring no one was left behind. They also recommended souvenirs and suggested a restaurant for lunch that would provide a more profound experience.

Our family of six formed a perfect group, and the itinerary was very flexible. Ibrahim, our driver and guide, was incredibly enthusiastic and professional. He took us to several classic photo spots and even suggested routes for us. In one day, we visited St. Gilgen, St. Wolfgang, and Hallstatt – a perfect Lake District trip. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend buying the 48-hour Salzburg Card! I used it to visit Mozart's Residence, Mozart's Birthplace, Hellbrunn Palace, the Untersberg cable car, St. Peter's Cemetery and Catacombs, and to take the funicular up to Hohensalzburg Fortress to explore its museums. It's incredibly cost-effective and I strongly suggest getting one!

Words cannot describe my excitement! Re-experiencing the Grade 8 accordion exam piece in Salzburg, Mozart's hometown, felt like a complete reunion across time and space! The bruises on my thighs from the speaker, the marks from the heavy straps, the melodies I painstakingly practiced back then – all are striking my heart at this very moment here!

The venue was a room with marble and wonderful decorations. A string quintet. The resonance, which allowed no room for error, created a sense of tension. It was wonderful. Incredible expressiveness and tone. I believe the sound spread evenly no matter where you sat. The performers' concentration and enjoyment further amplified the music. I thoroughly enjoyed it. It became a good memory.
