Hallstatt is a charming and picturesque village that feels almost like a postcard brought to life. We visited Hallstatt on a one day tour organised by this tour agency, travelling by bus from Salzburg and back on Christmas Eve. We arrived at around 10.15 am, and just as we stepped off the bus, it began to snow. The gentle snowfall created a magical atmosphere and provided a stunning backdrop to the beautiful streets and lakeside views. The village itself is small and serene, with a main street that is not very long, making it easy to explore on foot. Shops and stalls were just starting to open, adding to the calm and unhurried charm of the morning. As it was a day trip with limited time, we did not manage to visit the salt mine, and the Skywalk was closed during our visit. Instead, we chose to slow down and enjoy the moment by spending some time in a cosy café, soaking in the views and the peaceful winter ambience.

As a fan of SOM, this tour really gave me goosebumps. That nostalgia in every location, the sing along, the facts and myths of the movie. That 4-hour tour is the best! This tour also is solo traveller friendly tour. kudos to our tour guide BTW, and our bus driver, Hacky.

Lily is also extremely polite, friendly, and professional in the way she treated with everyone. What impressed me the most was her deep knowledge and passion for the places we visited. She explained everything clearly and made the history and culture come alive in a way that was easy to understand. She was also very attentive, always making sure that everyone in the group felt comfortable and included. In addition, Lily managed the schedule very well, keeping everything organized while still allowing us enough time to explore and take photos. Her positive attitude and warm personality made the whole experience even more memorable. I highly recommend Lily to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, kind, and engaging tour guide. She truly made the trip special.

Our driver and tour guide, Joseph, is a very competent person who provided detailed introductions to the scenery along the way and gave us timely opportunities to use the restroom. We happened to encounter snow on this trip, and a private car tour was the most suitable arrangement. The whole family was very happy, and we give it a five-star rating!

The tour was excellent! Maxinne was really good at what she was doing. The itinerary was hassle-free. She was able to handle 16 people very well. She had a tablet with her, which she used to show us different photos and videos. She showed us excellent recommendations. Our departure was 1 hour earlier which was very good! We were able to explore Salzburg on our own with an extra hour! It is recommended for solo travelers like me! I was able to visit Austria!

This 11-hour tour is worth the money. The guide does her job well, and travellers can buy drinks from the driver at a much lower price compared to stores in the tourist areas.

The venue was a room of marble and magnificent decor. A string quintet. The slightest deviation in sound, impossible to mask, created a sense of tension. It was wonderful. Incredible expressiveness and tone. I believe the sound had a consistent breadth no matter where you sat. The musicians' concentration and enjoyment further amplified the music. I thoroughly enjoyed it. It became a cherished memory.
