Reviews
We went in small van group tour from city of Salzburg to Bavarian mountain and back again. Alenka, our tour guide, explained from the beginning until the end of our tour. Her knowledge is extremely extraordinary - from Salzburg historical city to history of World War 2. We enjoy classic buildings and nice mountains and lake scenery. Don’t forget to take a view of Mount Watzmann in Berchtesgaden from restaurant on top of Edelweiss hotel. It is a must for every visitor!
Everything was well organized, transportation was comfortable, and we had plenty of time to enjoy the beautiful landscapes. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the day even more enjoyable.
Our trip was absolutely delightful and seamless. Special thanks to our tour guide, Mr. Eric, whose exceptional driving—particularly through the steep Alpine slopes—made the journey both safe and scenic. He also guided us through the charming Bavarian region, including the stunning Königssee and Berchtesgaden, enriching the tour with captivating stories. An unforgettable experience from start to finish
If you are visiting salsburg and going to other places like sound of music tour or hallstat, then you can skip this tour as you'll get to see similar sights at these other places also. The tour was ok, the guide Kalinda was awesome, the ride in mini van was comfortable, but didn't get to see much of the Alps as the name of the tour suggests.
Because we were traveling together with the salt mine group, we sent them to the salt mine first and then to the King's Lake with the tour guide for only one hour, which was not enough time for hiking, just enough time to wander around the lakeside and buy souvenirs. The tour guide is a very energetic old man, but he speaks English very quickly and his articulation is rather unclear, so I can only understand half of it.
