I would prefer a concert ticket without dinner at the palace. I encountered a slight problem when exchanging the ticket. The ticket exchange area is very far from the palace.

very convenient and cheap. if you want to take trains/bus multiple times in a day. like more than 5. Go for mobile ticket option. just purchase on Klook, Redeem on official site and use IVIE app to carry your city card ticket. If you still have time left. just choose some Tram route to explore. 😀

I used this service for a round trip. Vienna's trains don't have ticket gates, so after arriving at the airport, you can go straight to the platform. If a ticket inspector comes on board, simply show your smartphone voucher. The train is comfortable with luggage storage, and you'll arrive at Mitte Station in no time. While the CAT is a bit more expensive, it saves you the hassle of buying a ticket and gets you to the city center the fastest. If you're heading to the airport, some airlines allow you to check in and drop off your luggage at Mitte Station. I went early, dropped off my luggage, enjoyed a leisurely lunch, and then boarded the train. Although Mitte Station can be crowded, the CAT area is separated from the rest, making it a quiet and relaxing space. Staff members are always present and kindly showed me how to use the luggage drop-off machines. This is a highly recommended mode of transport for those staying in the Old Town.

The price is the same as the Eurail app, and I can use Klook's own discounts without being charged a 1.5% foreign currency fee, so of course I'll buy it on Klook. The price difference between first and second class is only about 30%, and the experience will be much better. Plus, I can access the OBB lounge, where I've been having breakfast these past few days.

The Belvedere Palace is truly a paradise for art lovers! From 18th-century works to modern abstract art, the vast collection is astonishing. Watching those paintings that tell stories of the culture and ideas of their times, the 3-hour art tour flew by, leaving me wanting more. Don't hesitate, this is definitely a stop worth recommending to anyone who loves art!

Pricilla was an absolutely wonderful guide for our trip to Hallstatt and Salzburg! She was one of the kindest and most knowledgeable guides we’ve had, and she made the entire day such a memorable experience. She shared so much interesting history and insight about both places while always being warm, patient, and genuinely thoughtful. You can tell she truly cares about making the experience special for everyone. She also took beautiful pictures of us on the trip and even printed them out for us, which really made our trip excellent! When purchasing tickets on the website, you can reserve the date and session, and enter directly by scanning the voucher without needing to exchange tickets. Originally, my session was at 2:00 PM, but I was late due to traffic and was worried I wouldn't be allowed in, but it turned out to be fine. The museum's collection is incredibly rich; spending half a day there is no problem at all! You can rent an audio guide device, and if you bring your own 3.5mm headphones, you won't have to hold it constantly.

Der Besuch von Hallstatt von Wien aus war äußerst gut organisiert, sodass wir uns entspannen und die atemberaubende österreichische Landschaft während der Fahrt genießen konnten, ohne uns um die Transferlogistik kümmern zu müssen. Hallstatt selbst ist persönlich noch schöner – die malerischen Seeblicke, die charmante alpine Architektur und die postkartenreifen Orte machten jeden Moment unvergesslich. Alles lief von Anfang bis Ende reibungslos.

I went to the concert 1 hour and 30 minutes before it started and ended up getting a free upgrade from B Class to Superior! 🤩
The queue management was quite poor though, so make sure to stay alert and keep an eye on things at all times.
As for the performance—it was absolutely AMAZING. I’m not usually a big fan of orchestras or opera, but honestly, 120 minutes felt way too short. Definitely worth every euro spent. 😚✨PS. hand bag ( medium or small) is allowed
