This is an interesting show you shouldn't miss; the dinner was also delicious and well-served. You should arrive a bit early if you want to take photos. It's not recommended to bring children, as the show is more suitable for those aged 18 and above.

i will prefer concert ticket without dinner at palace. I face a bit problem when exchange ticket. Exchange ticket area is very far from the palace.

The Belvedere Palace is truly a paradise for art lovers! From 18th-century works to modern abstract art, the vast collection is simply stunning. Watching paintings that speak to the culture and ideas of their time, a three-hour art tour flies by, leaving you wanting more. Don't hesitate, this is definitely a recommended stop for anyone who loves art!

very happy with the tour. I highly highly hiiiighly recommend it. 2 hours in hallstatt and 3 hrs in Salzburg, and no stress with commuting or DIY-ing. super easy to book. plus our tour guide Priscila was so kind! ☺️

When purchasing tickets on the website, you can reserve your date and time slot. You can enter directly by scanning your voucher, no need to exchange for a physical ticket. My original time slot was 2:00 PM, but I was late due to traffic. I was worried I wouldn't be allowed in, but it turned out to be fine. The museum's collection is incredibly rich; you could easily spend half a day there! You can rent an audio guide device, and if you bring your own 3.5mm headphones, you won't have to hold it the whole time.

I went to the concert 1 hour and 30 minutes before it started and ended up getting a free upgrade from B Class to Superior! 🤩
The queue management was quite poor though, so make sure to stay alert and keep an eye on things at all times.
As for the performance—it was absolutely AMAZING. I’m not usually a big fan of orchestras or opera, but honestly, 120 minutes felt way too short. Definitely worth every euro spent. 😚✨PS. hand bag ( medium or small) is allowed

The Schönbrunn Palace English guided tour was truly a highlight of our Vienna trip! 🏰✨ The palace itself is magnificent, serving as the Habsburg imperial family's summer residence, with opulent interior decorations and each room more splendid than the last. Our guide explained everything very clearly in English, providing detailed insights into the imperial history and the story behind each room. Although there was a lot of information, I felt very enriched after the tour and gained a much deeper understanding of Vienna's history. The best part was being able to leisurely explore the enormous gardens after the tour; the Globe Fountain and Gloriette offered incredibly beautiful views! Booking tickets through Klook was very convenient, and the skip-the-line access meant we didn't have to wait in long queues. If you're interested in history and palaces, I highly recommend joining the English guided tour—it's definitely worth your time! Overall: 10/10, a highly educational and beautiful experience! Strongly recommended ❤️

I had a wonderful experience with Lily as our tour guide. She has a very pleasant and soothing voice, which made listening to her explanations truly enjoyable throughout the trip. Lily is also extremely polite, friendly, and professional in the way she treated with everyone.
What impressed me the most was her deep knowledge and passion for the places we visited. She explained everything clearly and made the history and culture come alive in a way that was easy to understand. She was also very attentive, always making sure that everyone in the group felt comfortable and included.
In addition, Lily managed the schedule very well, keeping everything organized while still allowing us enough time to explore and take photos. Her positive attitude and warm personality made the whole experience even more memorable.
I highly recommend Lily to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, kind, and engaging tour guide. She truly made the trip special.
