Recommended for a hassle-free sightseeing experience in Hallstatt! Yousef is a nice guy, ready to share information about the sights. We didn't have much of a plan, and we're glad he suggested we explore the Salt Mine; it was a great experience too. The Klook itinerary stated a 4 PM pack-up time, but the friendly guide didn't rush us at all, which was much appreciated. He messaged us the night before and prepared drinks and sweets for us during the trip. Recommended for those who prefer a guided tour but also want their own free time.

Un excelente recorrido y experiencia para visitar Austria si tienes poco tiempo. St. Gilgen y especialmente Hallstatt, como Patrimonio de la Humanidad de la UNESCO, son visitas obligadas si dispones de tiempo limitado. Nuestro guía turístico, Mahmoud Youssef, tenía un conocimiento increíble y nos brindó un día fantástico. Aprendimos sobre historia, cultura y mucho más. Viajamos en una furgoneta pequeña y solo nuestro grupo, lo que lo hizo una especie de experiencia privada para nosotros. Quedamos muy contentos con nuestro guía y los lugares que visitamos. Youssef fue más allá y también nos llevó a visitar St. Wolfgang cuando regresábamos a Salzburgo, aunque no estaba en el itinerario. Dinero y día bien invertidos con un muy buen servicio de Youssef.

Youssef was the best tour guide for my family. He took us to many beautiful places and allowed us enough time to enjoy them. I am especially grateful for him taking us to the salt mine. My family really loved it. He prepared snacks, drinks, and water for us, which was very kind and thoughtful. He even played Korean songs for us (a Korean family) while we were traveling from one place to another! The tour with Youssef was very enjoyable and relaxing. If you want to explore the surrounding areas of Salzburg, I highly recommend Youssef's tour.

We joined today's Hallstatt tour, with Medo as our driver and guide. He picked us up from our hotel on time, then collected four other travelers from different hotels before heading to Hallstatt. Along the way, he provided detailed explanations and suggested we take the Funicular to the mountaintop to overlook the breathtaking lake and mountain scenery of Hallstatt. He was very nice, and the itinerary could be flexibly adjusted to meet our needs. Of course, the weather was also fantastic, making for a pleasant journey. If any friends or family come here, I would definitely highly recommend this tour.

The local guide meticulously sent the next day's itinerary and some important notes the day before departure, and arrived punctually at the agreed time on the day itself. They were very friendly and professionally explained the relevant attractions. Extremely satisfied!
