Chiayi

The accommodation was great, located in Chiayi City. The room had a bathtub and a separate wet/dry area, which was very nice. However, the cleaning staff always wore headphones when they came, and it seemed like I had to repeat things several times for them to hear me. When we left, they left a rag on our table, and I wasn't sure what it was for. I hope they can pay more attention next time.

After booking, we informed the hotel that a birthday celebrant would be staying that month. The front desk arranged for a 4-inch cake to be placed in the room's refrigerator, which was a pleasant surprise upon check-in. The gym, afternoon tea, and breakfast were all excellent; breakfast was much better than expected. A 4-star hotel certainly doesn't disappoint. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to Chiayi.

I've stayed here twice now, and both times have been great. The rooms are clean inside and out, and having the night market right next door is the best part. Plus, there's the amazing rice noodle soup across the street, and the dog at the dessert shop next door!

The hotel has a wealth of facilities, so kids will never be bored! First, they can play in the game room, then ride the carousel, play in the sand, and throw balls on the lawn. Back in the room, there's even a slide to keep the fun going. Before checking out, we also rode the mini train, creating wonderful memories.

We stayed here while visiting the Meteor Garden filming locations, Alishan, and Hinoki Village. The hotel is very accessible, it's conveniently located near the bus station, making it easy to get around. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A great base for exploring the area. Would definitely recommend for the convenient location!

This stay at the Maison de Chine Hotel Chiayi's Classic Twin Room, despite the room type not having an external window, did not feel particularly cramped after actually checking in. There is an appropriate distance between the two single beds, allowing for easy organization and movement even with a lot of luggage, which is very convenient for both leisure and business travelers. The completeness of the in-room facilities left a deep impression. In addition to a bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a day of activities, a capsule coffee machine is also provided, allowing coffee lovers to enjoy a rich, aromatic hot drink at any time. The hotel also embraces environmental concepts, with glass water bottles in the room that can be refilled at the water dispenser in the hallway. What's more, sparkling water machines are available on every floor, which is very thoughtful for guests who prefer sparkling water and demonstrates the hotel's attention to detail in its services. Although some public facilities and decor show signs of age and are not the latest design style, the overall maintenance is good, and the cleanliness of the environment and the operation of the equipment are reassuring. Rather than pursuing lavish novelty, one can feel that the hotel focuses on actual accommodation quality and a comfortable experience. Furthermore, one of the hotel's greatest advantages is its location. It is very convenient for reaching Chiayi city center shopping districts, local food areas, or taking an evening stroll to the night market, saving a lot of travel time. Overall, Maison de Chine Hotel combines comfortable space, complete facilities, and an excellent location, striking a good balance between price and accommodation quality, making it a worthwhile choice for a return stay in Chiayi.

It was a very pleasant and satisfying experience. Our little ones stayed overnight for the first time and were very happy. The children's play area is suitable for young kids, and we look forward to staying again if we have the chance! Cleanliness: There's room for improvement in the details, but overall it's very good! Room was spacious and clean, they also give welcoming snack and drink in the room inside. from chiyi station to hotel you can walk around 5-10 minutes but the road condition is poor for you luggage.
