On that day's menu, we ordered crab meat and corn soup, and to our surprise, such a simple soup tasted outstanding. Another appetizer was honey-roasted chicken wings with wild mushrooms, accompanied by a poached egg and black truffle sauce. I didn't expect these chicken wings to be so delicious, and I even joked with the staff, saying I hoped I could make something this tasty someday. For the main course, I chose fish with a white wine cream sauce, which had a wonderfully aromatic flavor. Cooking Western cuisine isn't difficult, but creating a delicious sauce requires considerable skill. My husband ordered Australian beef tenderloin stir-fried with shajiao (a type of pepper), which I thought was just okay. As for dessert, we ordered lemon baba with blueberries, and strawberry cake with guava and strawberry sorbet. I preferred the strawberry cake paired with the sorbet. It turned out the set meal also included drinks. I ordered an Ice Mocha, and the waiter suggested using half the amount of cream because whole cream is "too evil." My post-drink feeling was that the "evil" drinks are always the most delicious. Although this dinner was simple, it was excellent value for money, costing just over four hundred dollars per person, including the service charge. The staff were polite and had a good attitude. The most important thing when spending money is to be happy and get good value.

The service was very attentive; they even brought a small cake because it was a family member's birthday. The food quality was excellent, maintaining their consistent high standards.

The taste was good. Overall, the staff weren't overly enthusiastic, but they did respond when called upon. They seemed quite tired and busy, which was different from the service I expected from a Mandarin Oriental. The appetizers were decent, neither outstanding nor poor. For the main course, all three of us chose steak, which tasted good. We didn't finish the dessert as everyone is currently trying to lose weight. I was very satisfied that they followed the special request to write "Happy Birthday" and provide candles. Finally, I specifically bought scones to take away, but they charged an extra 10% for takeaway scones, meaning one scone cost almost 100, which is quite expensive 🥲

Delicious foods. Everything from the appetizers to the desserts are amazing. The jasmine tea was also very fragrant!

The restaurant knew it was a family member's birthday and sent a small birthday cake with a handwritten birthday card. The food was plentiful, and we were already full from the dishes. The coffee came with cookies and small snacks, and the tea was a huge pot, enough for five or six cups... This was my first time experiencing fine dining with such incredible value for money.

This 3-course tea dinner is excellent value for money! Mandarin Oriental has been a top-tier 5-star hotel since ancient times! Its standards have never faltered, maintaining high quality even during the pandemic. This time, celebrating Mother's Day in advance, everything was satisfactory! The only suggestion is that Mandarin Oriental could offer better coffee beans, but the chocolate was superb!

We chose the Mandarin Oriental Hotel's cafe to celebrate our 20th anniversary. The service was excellent, and the food was good; the yellowtail was delicious. Overall, it was a great experience, and we were pleasantly surprised with roses and chocolates.
