It was a memorable experience for me. I joined the trip with two other people from France. They were a lovely and friendly couple. Our guide, Irul, was very talented at taking photos and videos. Our driver, Mas Herman, was on time. It was worth the price for the magnificent view and experience.

The tour was well organized, and the guide took excellent photos and videos for the group. He also took good care of everyone in the group and ensured everyone was safe due to the trekking involved. The view is fantastic, and be sure to bring extra clothing and footwear to change into after the tour.

Very well organized trip. My tour guide Agus was very helpful and excellent, he even offered in taking pictures/videos. We arrived early and managed to secured some famous spots without queueing. Highly recommend and trustable!

The trekking down the waterfall is so worth it. The view down is so stunning. Nature always works its wonder. Our tour guide was approachable and took really good photos. Just a minor thing, the driver who fetch me was 45 minutes late because of some problem.

I had a great experience, our guide was really nice. The waterfall is absolutely magnificent, totally breathtaking. However, you can't swim in it, so forget your swimmwear. The descent to the waterfall is fairly easy, but the ascent requires a good level of physical fitness. Indeed, climbing back up through Goa Tetes involves climbing over rocks in the middle of waterfalls and streams. There were only three of us, so the guide was able to go at everyone's own pace. My water shoes were quite slippery, and he helped me to pass many points safely. This activity is a must in the region, one of the most beautiful landscapes I've ever seen. I fully recommend it!

Beautiful spot not to be missed - tour guide at waterfall made it easy to explore the area & took lots of photos for us. Transfer very easy. It’s a very early start (5am) and you are back in Malang by midday - seems this is to beat the traffic as the roads are very busy later on.

Hello, I'm Korean. I came to Malang for Bromo, but the waterfall was also amazing. It was truly the best. The grandeur of nature... it was a continuous spectacle. Our driver and tour guide led us from the front and back, taking great care of us. I was amazed and happy throughout the tour. Everyone, don't lose your romance~

The two guides were almost like comedians, so funny and entertaining, and they took photos and videos that looked like a movie, which was very satisfying. However, at the end, when I received the videos via a Google link, my video wasn't there, so I requested them to re-upload it and received it a few days later. Surprisingly, your clothes don't get very wet. Water sprays all over your body like a mist, but it dries quickly. Unless you jump into the water, you won't get extremely wet; the degree of wetness is entirely up to your choice. I thought I would get completely soaked, so I wore a swimsuit under my clothes, but I came back completely dry (?). The stairs are steeper than expected. Wearing aqua shoes that look like sneakers was a stroke of genius. The reason this tour departs at dawn is that a truckload of Western tourists arrives in the morning. Going before them allows you to take photos smoothly without waiting. I was going to fly a drone, but the guide strongly advised against it, saying many people had lost theirs here, so I only brought one. It's not that the signal cuts out, but only 14 GPS satellites are detected. There's no problem flying it. If you're going to take direct overhead shots from a distance with a Mavic, you can launch it from the parking lot, so there's no need to carry everything heavy. If you're going to fly it right in front of the waterfall, be prepared for a drone shower.

The waterfall views were amazing and the tour guide also took the initiative to help everyone take lots of amazing pictures on his phone! Definitely bring a change of clothes and water shoes (they are also available for rent for 20.000rp at the entrance) because you’ll be thigh deep in water at some points. One point to note is that the trip requires a somewhat good level of fitness - we climbed up and down multiple waterfalls/boulders for three hours straight, so it got tiring quite quickly. It was quite slippery (hence water shoes are recommended) but the tour guide was very patient and showed us the best way to navigate the treacherous waters, physically helping us when needed!

I was worried to book this tour because there were no reviews, but I can only recommend it!! Great join in tour if you’re a solo traveler, the people were so friendly and took amazing pictures for the group :) we were able to see the waterfall and the cave without too many people
