Rock Salt Spa Rinkunoyu em Osaka

Simply wow, the most incredible experience I've had in Japan. At first, it's a bit shocking, especially if you're not used to an onsen, but you get used to it quickly.

Centered around Osaka Castle, the city attracted powerful figures and merchants of the time, rapidly developing into Japan's economic hub. During the Edo period, with its numerous rivers and canals, Osaka became a vital transportation center. Its abundant agricultural production and the influx of ingredients from various regions fostered a rich food culture, earning it the moniker "Kitchen of the Nation." To this day, Osaka remains renowned as a "gourmet city." Dotonbori, a bustling district, offers countless culinary delights, including "flour-based specialties" like takoyaki and okonomiyaki. Beyond its food, Osaka is a premier tourist destination in Japan, boasting famous attractions such as Universal Studios Japan and Kaiyukan Aquarium. Other captivating spots include Kuromon Market, where you can find a variety of fresh ingredients, Abeno Harukas, offering panoramic views of the city, and Shitennoji Temple, with its long and storied history.

This was the most value-for-money onsen experience during my Kansai trip! It was only a little over 40 [currency unit], but the facilities inside were excellent. There was an indoor carbonated bath, a cold plunge pool, and three outstanding outdoor hot springs. Even though the weather was cold and windy, the water was very hot, making the experience quite special. One of the baths had a floral and herbal scent, which felt very therapeutic afterward. The staff's service attitude was also very good. After the onsen, you can also enjoy seasonal Hiroshima oyster dishes at the attached restaurant, and the price is not expensive.

We arrived in Osaka on an early flight, so we reached Rinku Town around 8 AM. The hot spring doesn't open until 9 AM, but there were already a few locals waiting before then. I especially love its carbonated pools, with both outdoor and indoor options. After a soak, you can also enjoy a bedrock bath, which is a great place to relax and sleep. It's a wonderful choice for a break before heading out for sushi and shopping!

Located in Rinku Outlet, you can stop by for a shower if you have a very late flight, but it's a very long walk from the train station at the end of the Outlet. The onsen water isn't very hot, and it's mostly teenagers.

Very good, high cost-performance ratio. I recommend purchasing the hot stone spa experience, as it greatly enhances the overall experience. There's a manga library, and the relaxation area also has a restaurant and lounge, so you can easily spend an entire day there. It's located opposite the Rinku Town Ferris Wheel, making it very easy to find.

It's cheaper to buy tickets on Klook beforehand than at the venue. We recommend choosing a package that includes the bedrock bath and towels. If you only choose to soak in the hot spring, you won't be able to use other facilities. It's a wonderful experience to shop and dine at Rinku Premium Outlets, then relax in the hot spring afterwards!

Rinku Premium Outlets is located next to Kansai Airport. You can come here to soak in hot springs, experience rock salt baths, and relax for a whole day.

Rock Salt Spa Rinkunoyuでの素晴らしい体験でした。ロケーションはりんくうタウンに近く、関西空港へ行く前に立ち寄るのに便利です。温泉施設は清潔でリラックスでき、手入れも行き届いていました。タオルレンタルがあったので、旅行者にとって非常に助かりました。スタッフは親切で、全体的なプロセスもスムーズでした。特にショッピングの後やフライト前に利用するなら、コストパフォーマンスは良いと思います。温泉、休憩所、そして落ち着いた雰囲気を楽しみました。空港近くでの短い休憩にはお勧めです。
