The kimono experience in Japan this time was truly wonderful! Wearing a beautiful kimono, I felt a strong sense of Japanese culture. The staff were very kind and enthusiastic, helping me choose the kimono style and accessories.

The staff were friendly and polite, and there was a wide selection of kimonos, with many styles that were clean. I had a beautiful hair ornament tied, and the shop was bright and tidy.

The staff were all very friendly, sweet, and professional. They were extremely skilled in dressing us and doing our hair and made me, my daughter, and her dad all feel welcome and well dressed. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who is interested in dressing in kimono.

The lady inside who helped with the styling was very kind. We could chat using a translator, and any additional charges were explained in advance when making selections. After the experience, you can take the socks home!

The tour was fun and efficient. Liu San was very accommodating to the needs of the passengers and informative.

If there's a stool at the entrance, it would be better for guests to sit there to change their shoes.

The kimonos available with the standard package are very limited. In the end, for better photos, I chose a kimono that required an extra charge. The results were indeed excellent, but the value for money wasn't great. Perhaps the details that require extra payment (such as hair styling, accessories, etc.) could be improved.

Staff are very polite and easy to communicate. The process was smooth and would recommend to use their service.
