Everything was taken care of, from head to toe! Our tour guide, Bapak Dewa, was amazing! Not only is he super knowledgeable, but he is also highly skilled in photography and videos! He was punctual, patient, friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile for his clients! Thank you, Bapak Dewa, for your hospitality and patience! Definitely recommended!

The guide was great and knowledgeable. I would not recommend the snorkeling (done by a separate company from the tour) for first-timers; there was barely any guidance on how to snorkel, and I didn't feel like our safety was assured. The views at Broken Beach and Angel's Billabong were amazing though, and the guide was very helpful in taking our needs into consideration.

Our tour guide Poetra was the best - he was so friendly, cheerful, funny, and made us feel so welcome on the tour. He looked after us, letting us take rest breaks and even buying us a coconut to drink when we were feeling a bit hot. He also went to great effort to take amazing photos of me and my fiancé when we visited the sites of the island. Such an amazing tour, made even better with our fantastic tour guide - highly recommend!!

Our guide, Awed, was one of the most amazing and experienced guides I've ever met, and we were truly fortunate to have him host us. He helped us secure the best seats on the ferries and engaged us in interesting conversations throughout the journey. We will definitely seek him out when we return to Bali next time. The trip felt incomplete because there was a documentary shoot at two of the three beaches. To be honest, after snorkeling, there wasn't much time left to visit the beaches without missing the last ferry. We were lucky to see manta rays during our first snorkel, but the other three sites were unremarkable. The water was clear and visibility was good; however, the large number of snorkelers made it difficult to avoid bumping into others. The most disappointing aspect was the promise of videos taken with a GoPro. We made an effort to pose for the videos twice, but by the end of the trip, none were sent to us. I inquired about them several times, but there was no response or apology for the oversight. A group chat was set up after the trip to share videos, but most of these videos focused on some Caucasian tourists and not everyone. The snorkeling guide also didn't seem warm or engaging; it was as if he was just going through the motions and couldn't wait for the day to end. I'm quite sure he didn't press the record button on his GoPro when we asked for the shots, but that might just be my assumption. I wouldn't be this disappointed if I had captured more moments on my phone, instead of trusting their promise that we wouldn't need to because they had it covered. I hope you improve in this area. The scenery was nice but not breathtaking. Perhaps the flood of tourists spoiled the experience.

Mixed experience – great land tour, very poor snorkeling The land tour itself was really enjoyable. We had a friendly and helpful guide, and the locations were beautiful and well worth seeing. However, the snorkeling part, which was the main reason I booked this tour, was extremely disappointing. It was rushed from start to finish, the duration was much shorter than expected, and there was a lot of pressure to hurry. We were even told “this is not a private boat, move faster.” The most frustrating part was that Manta Bay, a key highlight, was skipped without any attempt to enter the water. In addition, the overall situation was poorly managed and at times really UNSAFE. Overall, the price does not reflect the quality of the experience provided. If snorkeling is important to you, I would not recommend this tour.

This is a GROUP tour when it comes to snorkeling. We do not visit the beach mentioned in the schedule, only a noisy public one.
