Experiência Tilo Kids Club no Montigo Resorts em Seminyak

Kids had an awesome time and didn’t want to leave.. If stay at the Montigo hotel, the Tilo kids club is free as part of their offerings. Me and my husband enjoyed our spa experience while the kids had fun at Tilo! Tilo opens from 9am-9pm with various activities planned by the hour.

I used it for 4 hours. They continuously spoke to my child and, since my child didn't speak English, they used a phone translator to keep talking to them. Thanks to them, my child had a wonderful time. The teachers were also excellent.

I thought the facilities were well-equipped and clean. However, I must have misunderstood, but the staff only interacted with us for a short time, and after that, it was basically like a playroom in a department store or similar. It's a "play by yourself" style. If you use it expecting the staff to engage with you, you'll be disappointed. They left us alone for an hour. I thought there might be a curriculum set up for each hour, but there was nothing like that. They just handed us paints and paper for drawing and that was it; they didn't play with us. For me, it was very disappointing. I had requested from the beginning that I wanted them to speak more in English, but nothing was communicated. The staff were kind, but for the high usage fee, it was not what I expected and was disappointing.

I used the service for a quick shopping trip. There aren't many substantial offerings or playthings, but it's a great place to cool off and relax.

There wasn't much to do, so I played with some LEGOs and then left.
