We went to this hot springs resort for a day trip with 2 adults and 2 children, and we were not disappointed. It exceeded all the reviews I read in every aspect – the hot springs have 9 pools, at least 8 of which are heated by mineral water, and their size was amazing. The food was good and reasonably priced, the lockers were electronically unlocked by your bracelet, buying tickets on the Klook app saved us money, and there were wonderful views, waterslides, great service, and the water felt really healthy and refreshing to swim in. It wasn't too busy, so we had plenty of space and food options. We were only planning to stay a few hours but ended up spending the whole day there and sacrificed other tours just because we were enjoying it so much. Highly recommended for a day of relaxed swimming, eating, and drinking, plus a few fun waterslides – if you're a tall adult, it might be wise to duck down for some of them as they are quite low to the metal support bars above. A great place with wonderful staff and service.

This place is a perfect place to wrap up our Bali trip. You will be amazed by the natural beauty of the volcano and its amazing rock formation on your way to Toya Devasya. The view is amazing while bathing in their warm pools. The food was an extra bonus.

Awesome! Klook's prices are very reasonable. You just need to show the voucher to the front desk staff. The buffet is good, and the prices inside are also very fair. The hot spring infinity pool is so beautiful! You can leisurely spend an entire afternoon there. Highly recommended!

Is 330000 rp on site. Klook provided good discount. Gorgeous infinity pool view of mountains and lake but the bar music was a bit loud in this view. Not sure if the hot springs are a 100 percent natural, but love the infinity pool and the warm warm bar side pool. We had very delicious chicken steaks, carbonara and roasted duck noodles and pineapple fried rice at really reasonable prices (between 57000 to 80000 k). Bartender and manager were so friendly to introduce and gave us some traditional Bali arak tasting, good chats and good laughters.

The place is incredibly beautiful, but it's very far from Denpasar, about 2 hours away. However, it's totally worth it. The pool wasn't warm enough, but the view was amazing. The hospitality wasn't great. There's a difference between the gold and platinum pools. We bought fried snacks yesterday, but they weren't recommended because they were already cold. But since they were cheap, it was fine. You have to deposit a minimum of 100K, towel rental is 10K, and locker rental is 20K, which will be deducted from your deposit.

It was an okay experience. Luckily, there weren't many people, so we had most of the area to ourselves. The hot spring was hot, and we enjoyed ourselves for an hour. There wasn't much else, and there were a lot of flies. The water was clean, but the slides were closed and dirty, perhaps for maintenance. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Toya Devasya adalah tempat yang bagus. Kolamnya besar. Airnya hangat tapi tidak terlalu panas. Makanannya sangat lezat.

It was great to have multiple hot spring pools, each with different features like good views, optimal temperatures, water slides, swimming areas, and places to play with children. I found it a bit inconvenient that a deposit was required for meals inside. Regarding other reviews mentioning pools being too lukewarm or too hot, I thought it was simply a matter of choosing the right pool.

素晴らしいロケーションで、息をのむような景色が楽しめます！チケットに含まれていたビュッフェランチには間に合いませんでしたが、スタッフの方がとても親切で、代わりに美味しい定食（チキンとライス）を用意してくれました。本当に親切でした。リラックスして山々を眺めるのに最高の場所です。温泉もとてもリラックスできました。ぜひ訪れることをお勧めします！
