Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong - Cruise Rooftop Bar and Restaurant

It was a very awesome experience. We had a great dinner with a beautiful view. The service was so nice; they helped tidy up the table when we finished eating, and after that, they continued to pour water for us. The food was yummy too.

I've always wanted to try this restaurant, so I invited friends to try their Feed Us Set. We were seated at a corner table with a sea view. The food was full of Southeast Asian flavors, and every dish was meticulously prepared, beautifully presented, and delicious. We ordered extra oysters, which were incredibly fresh. The dessert, a flaming ice cream, was a delightful surprise and added a great sense of occasion. It was a very satisfying meal.

A comprehensive three-course meal featuring a nice range of fusion dishes, each curated quite well. The setting is really nice. Staff generally friendly. Even though the booking is supposed to have 2 hours dining time, there was no hurry during our visit since the restaurant had space (even on weekend).

The restaurant's ambiance is superb, the food is excellent, and the service is attentive. Booking through Klook offers great value for money. We also ordered extra oysters, which I highly recommend.

The seating for this experience was by the window, offering a view of Victoria Harbour's nightscape. 🌃 Overall, the food tasted good, was beautifully presented, and the portions were generous. I especially recommend the bread rolls! 😆 The service was also excellent 👍🏻. The only minor drawback was that this meal did not include any drinks, which had to be purchased separately.

This time it was to celebrate a friend's birthday. Although it was a pity that it rained, the food tasted great and the hairy crabs were very fresh and worth trying.

The environment is great, the food quality and portions are good! The service is excellent!

餐廳用餐環境好，餐廳職員的服務都好。食物的份量也足夠。 整體用餐體驗好，會推薦！

首先，當日從klook網上訂的feed me 二人晚餐，按入去揀選時只是顯示了如第一張圖紅白色之menu，當時本人深信所預訂的就是這個餐單的西式套餐。可是，於用餐當晚到達Cruise Restaurant 時，侍應卻向我說由klook所預訂的就是如圖第二張的東南亞菜式菜單，而多款菜式亦帶辣的，由於侍應向我表示套餐不能更改，縱使心裏不悅，當晚亦只能硬著頭皮接受。然而，本人不太能吃辣，亦曾經向侍應要求走辣或少辣，侍應亦盡量配合，唯可惜有部分菜式亦不能如願以償。此外，當中菜式如八爪魚沙律及豬腩肉的菜式，肉質極韌，口感不太良好。我明白到klook有免質條款，但本人只想透過此平台表達一下內心不快而已，謝謝。
