Restaurant Environment: The environment is good, the only drawback is that it's far from the city center, so it's a bit of a long journey after dinner on weekdays. On the way there, we tried taking the shuttle, but unfortunately, the last shuttle leaves the hotel at around 6 PM, so there was no shuttle for our departure. Food Taste: There's a good variety of choices, and most of the dishes taste great, so it's worth the price. Plus, customers who choose hairy crabs are given an extra cup of hot ginger tea, which is a thoughtful touch. Service: Initially, we were seated between two very noisy groups and in a drafty spot. Fortunately, after informing customer service, we were moved to another location, allowing us to quietly enjoy our anniversary dinner. Experience: Overall, it was a good experience. The environment was comfortable, the price was reasonable, and it's worth recommending and revisiting.

This is my second visit. The buy-one-get-one-free offer this time was really great value. It was packed, but the quality of the crowd was good; people queued orderly and it wasn't too noisy. The chefs were very polite and meticulous in preparing made-to-order food. The burger I had for the first time was delicious. For oysters, you can only get two at a time, so you have to queue many, many times. The only downside was that the waitstaff's service wasn't attentive or flexible enough. We paid extra for free-flow white wine, and we asked the restaurant to give us a bottle with an ice bucket so we could pour it ourselves. The reason is that we drink quickly and don't want to keep calling for refills, and we want the wine to stay cold. Other restaurants allow us to do this, which actually makes it more convenient for them, but here they insisted on not allowing it. Yet, they were slow to pour, or perhaps they didn't want to come over too often, pouring very large glasses that quickly became warm. This aspect of the service was disappointing.

We are coming to celebrate a birthday. The buffet offers a wide variety of Chinese New Year dishes, seafood, snack soups, Peking duck, and more. We are delighted to welcome the wealthy gentleman and take a photo together. It was a fantastic dinner with a great atmosphere.

The semi-buffet lunch at WM Cafe offers a self-service section with hot and cold dishes. Although the cold seafood only included mussels, whelks, and white clams, they were still fresh and delicious. The Chinese soup was average, but the Western soup was excellent; initially, there was pumpkin soup, which was later replaced with black truffle mushroom cream soup, both of which were tasty. There were four hot dishes, and one was later changed (fish fillet was replaced with roast beef). Other items included sushi, various specialty salads, mini desserts, tofu pudding, and Haagen-Dazs ice cream. The self-service section was sufficient, and the overall quality was not disappointing. For the main course, we chose one of four options: roasted Spanish Iberico pork loin and black truffle Angus burger, which were decent. The restaurant's layout and atmosphere were quite good and spacious, except for the six square tables in the middle, which were inexplicably cramped like a housing estate restaurant, and were filled with six pairs of diners (we were two of them), but there weren't many customers, and many tables were empty. However, I think the semi-buffet is worth recommending for its price.

After enjoying the dinner buffet with friends last month, I recommended the brunch buffet to my family this time. The oysters were fresh and delicious, and the crab legs, chilled shrimp, and whelks were sweet and flavorful. The grilled tomahawk steak, sirloin steak, and pork belly were all outstanding and not to be missed. For fried items, the tempura assortment and fried fish sticks were equally delicious. As for desserts, I particularly enjoyed the mini Portuguese tarts, mango Napoleon, and cookies. There were also fresh whole fruits like oranges, bananas, green apples, and passion fruit. The food selection was so extensive that I couldn't try everything; even the tofu pudding and Haagen-Dazs ice cream will have to wait until next time. The self-service premium coffee and tea were more than sufficient, and alcoholic beverages or other drinks could be purchased separately. My family also praised the high quality and deliciousness of the ingredients, and the restaurant's ambiance and service were also good, making it highly recommended.

The first time I saw it, by 9:00 PM, all the plates in the restaurant still had food refills, just that the size was reasonably reduced but very neatly arranged, thumbs up! The food was very fresh, with a wide variety, all clearly carefully selected, especially the oysters. I took two each time, and my family all enjoyed them very much. I personally found the Beef Rendang to be delicious. Experience: I really liked the soft music and the attentive service from the staff. There was an older male waiter who would always bow his head when clearing things, very polite and elegant, an excellent waiter. A bonus point.

All the dishes were good, each with its own unique flavor. Tonight, I tried the honey-glazed ham, abalone chawanmushi, and mini black truffle crab meat puff pastry tart, which I hadn't eaten before – they were all excellent. The shrimp filling in the fried spring rolls was firm, crispy, and springy – delicious! The cold seafood, hot dishes, Peking duck, and desserts all maintained their consistently high standards. This time, I also got to enjoy grass jelly, which made me very happy. The chefs put their heart into their creations, and the waitstaff provided excellent service; it truly is a wonderful place to dine. I will continue to patronize this establishment.

The sashimi was fresh and fatty, thickly sliced by the chef, but some pieces were a bit stringy. The foie gras portion was as small as a fingernail, too small and too burnt. The Parma Ham was delicious, with an excellent aftertaste. Other food items were also of good quality. For dessert, there were 5 flavors of my favorite Haagen-Dazs ice cream. There were fewer staff members, so clearing tables and dishes was a bit slow, but they were polite. Overall, the experience was quite good and recommended.

This was my first visit to the restaurant since its renovation last year. The dining environment is comfortable, with a bright open kitchen offering a wide variety of dishes. The quality, presentation, and taste are all excellent, and the selection is so rich that I couldn't try everything. The freshly shucked oysters were fresh and delicious, the crab legs were sweet and succulent, and the crayfish, whelks, and prawns were equally fresh and tasty – truly a feast. The pasta, roasted chicken, tempura, cured ham, salads, and desserts were also outstanding and among my personal favorites. This time, I purchased a dining voucher at a discounted price, and it was truly great value for money. I will definitely be visiting again soon.
