If possible, it's best to check the weather conditions yourself before booking. If the trip is canceled due to strong winds, you might have to contact customer service yourself to handle refund issues! About two hours before my scheduled time, I received a call from the captain saying the trip was canceled due to strong winds. So I asked about a refund, and they replied that their partner was handling it and would send me a message once it was processed. However, I waited a whole day and received no message at all; in fact, the KLOOK app even showed the order as completed! I immediately contacted customer service and also sent an email to the merchant's email address provided on Klook. After about three or four days, customer service processed my refund, but even after a week, the merchant still hasn't responded or sent any messages! I originally wanted to give one star, but I added an extra star for the captain's good attitude and enthusiastic recommendations for nearby attractions that day.
