Experiência DIY no Museu de Bolo e Pastelaria Kuo Yuan Ye em Taipei

很好的體驗，工場環境十分乾淨，由搓粉到焗製製成品都是親手製作，不是預製的粉團再後期加工，小朋友很有滿足感，新鮮焗製的鳳梨酥也很酥脆，外皮似曲奇餅的口感，每人製作十件鳳梨酥，活動之後還有無糖茶和兩件美味的小點心，也有穿著古代服飾攝影的環節和講解古代餅製的歷史，全程共兩小時十分充實！

Interesting class to make your own pineapple cake. Recipe makes 10 where 9 will be packed into box and 1 can be enjoyed on the spot. However, baking details were not shared during my session, e.g. to bake how long at what temperature etc. Session includes visiting their museum to learn more on Chinese culture, NT$50 voucher which can be used in their store at Level 1 and a Tea set. At the end, they even have a lucky draw to win their cookies and also capsules to win toys for the kids.

The activity was very interesting, and the staff took great care of everyone. There were explanations in Chinese, English, and Japanese, and they taught everyone step-by-step... Even children could manage it. After the DIY session, there was a brief introduction to Taiwanese culture, and then free time for cosplay. I highly recommend spending 2 hours to experience it.

Highly recommend this but you need to book in advance because it sells out weeks in advance. Did the DIY with my kids and they loved it, not just the pineapple cake but also the traditional costumes and the cultural explanations. Food was exceptional!

自分で直接料理教室のサイトで申し込もうと思ったのですが、台湾の電話番号が必要だったため、こちらのサイトで予約しました。当日はたまたま日本語通訳が不在で、英語通訳とシェフの見本を見ながら進みました。出身国ごとに席が決まっていました。未就学児でも楽しく参加できますが、かなりのパートを親が手伝っている様子でした。特典で紅茶と下の売店で売ってる焼き菓子も美味しく頂き、小腹を満たした後、もらった500円程度の商品券を使い、下の売店で金額内のクッキーを買って（もらって）嬉しくなりました。（焼き菓子・クッキーよりパイナップルケーキが一番美味しかったです）。その後寄った新光三越で売店を見かけ、これまた嬉しかったです。

Overall great activity for all ages. The staff was courteous and welcoming. The store is easy to find from the MRT, Bus or Taxi. The pineapple cake making process was easy to follow and the end product tasted great! The museum is very cute albeit small, but it was interesting enough and helped pass the time while we waited for the cakes to cook.

There are professionals who teach how to make professional pineapple cakes, and if you have any questions along the way, someone will assist you! During the process, we also visited their Kuo Yuan Ye Museum of Cake and Pastry, which introduces Taiwan's local customs and traditions, and has interactive experiences that are quite wonderful~~ Traditional costumes are also available for wearing. After making the pineapple cakes, refreshments were provided, and everyone received one of their premium yolk pastries.

Second time attending this experience, super fun, the handmade pineapple cakes are delicious

It was a well-spent and enjoyable afternoon. I spent time bonding with my family making cake pastry. This place is really good. They provided us with the cake pastry utensils and we made our own pineapple pastry! The chef and personnel who explained the process were very good. Highly Recommended to go to this place if you are in Taiwan. We had an enjoyable and fun time making the cake pastry.
