Experience: Today, I participated in a bubble tea and xiao long bao candle-making workshop, and the overall experience was fantastic! The instructor was incredibly kind, which made me feel very relaxed. The teaching method was simple and easy to understand, so even beginners could easily follow along. What made it special was that I was in a class with four French people, which made the entire experience even more interesting and diverse. However, the instructor also clearly allowed me to manage my own pace, without having to follow or wait for other students, which I found very flexible ❤️. The instructor's English was fluent, and they were able to clearly explain each step, allowing us to enjoy the fun of communication (and listening) while learning. This course not only taught me the process of making soft wax and melted wax candles but also briefly introduced me to friends from different countries. It was truly a special experience. I highly recommend this course, whether you want to learn a new skill or are looking for a fun activity, this is a perfect fit!

I had such a wonderful time. I was the only one who signed up, so I had a 1:1 class with the teacher, where we talked a lot. I made a beautiful scented candle and even received a plaster air freshener as a service! She said she studied Korean diligently because she loves Korea, and her Korean is excellent. There were no communication issues at all. She recommended many great restaurants and places to visit in Taipei, and even though I've visited Taipei many times, I was so grateful to discover many new places. The class lasts about 2 hours, and I recommend the course of making it in the morning and then doing the Dihua Street + Dadaocheng itinerary in the afternoon! Since hot liquids are used, please be careful if you plan to bring children. Oh, the meeting place is vaguely written, but the workshop is on the 4th floor of Yongle Market, and the meeting place is the Watsons building directly across from Yongle Market, so please keep that in mind!

The teacher was very kind. We brought a child with us, and the teacher generously gave the child a small gift. The finished product was super cute, and being able to choose your favorite scent was fantastic. We had a wonderful afternoon!

If we could give this 100 stars, we would. The owner is beyond welcoming and friendly. Very glad we booked this as our first activity in Taipei and enjoyed the session. She's extremely patient and thorough with the instructions. The 2 hours flew by so quickly. If you're looking for tips on food, be sure to ask as she has a wealth of knowledge on what's good.

The candles made into realistic bubble tea and xiaolongbao are really interesting, and the children had a great time making them. The teacher can instruct in both English and Chinese, making it an activity suitable for all ages.
