Cruzeiro de Luxo Le Journey 2D1N: Passeio pela Baía de Ha Long e Baía de Lan Ha

Un séjour impeccable du début à la fin. La chambre Royal Lotus Suites pour une famille de trois était magnifique, le lit incroyablement confortable et la vue avec de grandes fenêtres était à couper le souffle. Le personnel (Mark) était extrêmement serviable et la communication est excellente. L'itinéraire était relaxant et la croisière dans la baie de Lan Ha est incroyable. La nourriture (déjeuner-dîner-petit-déjeuner léger-brunch) était délicieuse. Absolument recommandé ! Merci également à Leon pour son implication auprès de ses clients. Excellent travail à vous tous !

Just to take note that when we were at the cruise Marina, the cruise company did not have records of our payment done, and we were asked to pay at the point of time . After checking my account (due to WIFI delayed), we realised we have paid twice. However, after checking, the cruise company is able to identify the miscommunication and has since refunded us upon return from the cruise today. Thank you.

Hey, we have just completed a cruise with Amanda Cruises where our tour guide was Andy, he is a highly knowledgeable and personable guide. From arrival to departure Andy was always available and happy to assist with any questions we had. As a host for the Amanda Cruise and a tour guide in Vietnam I would highly recommend anyone to use Andy, great guide, great services and always with a smile and a laugh.

The cruise trip was amazing, right from pickup from our hotel all the way until the drop-off back to our hotel. The cruise was extremely beautiful with great spacious rooms, beautiful decor, and amazing staff services. I would definitely recommend this cruise 10/10 to everyone!

We were confused because it wasn't the cruiser we booked, but a different one. When we asked the staff, they said we had been upgraded to a higher-ranked ship. If only they had explained it, we wouldn't have been anxious and could have simply been happy. The room didn't have a bathtub, but it was comfortable. All the meals were delicious and excellent. Since it was a Lan Ha Bay cruise tour, there were no caves, but we enjoyed a leisurely kayak ride. The staff were very kind and pleasant. However, the car for our return transfer was very late, and we were the only ones waiting for over an hour, which made us anxious and felt like wasted time.
