Le Journey Classic Cruzeiro 2D1N: Baía de Ha Long, Sung Sot, Ti Top

What an amazing trip! Pick up service is well arranged by staff and will take you straight to the check in at the marina. From the second you board the tender on the day you arrive to when you get dropped off, all the staff of the cruise on board will make your trip unforgettable. The room was beyond my expectation with comfortable beds and just a large enough balcony. Even with a gloomy view, the landscape was still as breathtaking. The food selection was diverse and well portioned. One thing to note is drinks are a little pricey. I would highly recommend this cruise as you have everything you need as the other cruises within the same brand did not look that much fancier from the outside. Great value!!

1. This itinerary was great. The activities on the boat were excellent, the staff were very kind, and the captain was also wonderful. The scenery at sea was incredibly beautiful. 2. The only downside was that we booked a "cabin" room, but it seemed that the actual room was not quite the same as in the photos. It lacked a balcony that could be accessed from the room, suggesting that the boat might have been changed. However, the overall experience was still fantastic. 3. Regarding transportation, the 30-minute stop at the gift shop for a restroom break on the way there was too long, and the items inside were also very expensive. We waited for a long time. If you want to be lazy, this arrangement is good because you don't need to find transportation yourself. We booked a luxury minibus from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay, which was very convenient. However, if you want to save time, you can also arrange a private bus transfer to the Ha Long Bay boarding office, which will give you more free time. We did catch some small squid at night, but it requires a bit of luck.

The entire Journey Classic Cruise itinerary was well-arranged, and the team's organization was very smooth. Our guide, Tony, took great care of every guest. His English was excellent, and he was polite, friendly, enthusiastic, and very professional. The 2-day, 1-night trip, from the dedicated hotel pick-up to the destination, was very punctual and seamless. The tour bus seats were very comfortable. The cruise accommodation was clean and tidy, and the food was decent.

The cruise was amazing. I would like to commend Mr. Nam, the manager, for his amazing itinerary and how hands-on he was with us through each part of the trip. He accompanied us on every excursion (e.g., the optional speedboat tour, the Sung Sot Cave trip) and he made sure that we would have enjoyable meals by mingling and singing with us. We were able to visit Luon Cave where we kayaked near monkeys, hike and swim at Ti Top Island, and visit Sung Sot Cave. The food was also good and we never went hungry. It would be ideal for guests to pack their own drinking water, though, as the complimentary water onboard is limited. Overall, I think the only significant point of improvement was the ship's cleanliness, as the curtains and lamps were dusty.

We took the 2-day, 1-night cruise, and the weather wasn't great during our trip. We didn't get to enjoy what we paid for. There were only two activities on the itinerary.

The entire staff was incredibly friendly, and our guide Nam made the trip perfect with his open and warm personality 👍🏻 The cabins on the ship were clean and comfortable. The food was also very delicious 😋 The transfer from the hotel to the ship worked perfectly. Kayaking was the highlight of our excursion 🚣🏻‍♀️ Overall, a thoroughly successful experience that I can definitely recommend! 🌊✨

Our guide, Mr. Nam, is very nice and helpful. He managed the tour well and has good time management.
