Cruzeiro Aqua Elegance 2D1N: Tour pela Baía de Ha Long com Sung Sot e Ti Top

Tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa en la Bahía de Halong y recomiendo encarecidamente este crucero a cualquiera que desee visitar Halong. La reserva fue bien gestionada y nos dieron instrucciones muy claras sobre la hora y el lugar de recogida. El crucero en sí fue agradable, con una mezcla de actividades divertidas y suficiente tiempo de descanso entre ellas. Estuve allí con mis suegros y lo disfrutaron a pesar de que ya tienen más de 70 años.

The cruise was lovely. We had communication from the moment we booked until the service was complete. We are a young family and the staff were very friendly and accommodating on board. There were lots of activities to do on board; the only thing I would suggest is that you do a 2-night cruise as it can feel rushed if you want to do everything on offer. The food was also amazing.

I highly recommend the 2-day, 1-night itinerary. From the pre-arranged pickup (I recommend staying at a hotel in the Old Quarter for direct pickup) to the entire itinerary, everything was excellent – truly great value for money. From the moment you board, there's plenty to do. In the evening, there's a cooking class, happy hour, and squid fishing after dinner. The tai chi class early the next morning was also fantastic 👍 The staff provided friendly service, and tips can be given freely in an envelope on the brunch table before disembarking. At Surprise Cave, the guide proactively helped with photos. The pavilion on Ti Top Island is a bit challenging to reach, so consider that yourself! The only minor drawback was that the pickup was too early and the drop-off too late, with not much to explore nearby, so you have to entertain yourself for a while 😆

The Customer Service Officer was awesome, the most helpful one. We got bumped from our original booking but they took care of us and it was great. We got a private suite, even much better than our original booking. It was a wonderful experience.

Upon boarding, there were staff members beating drums, scattering flowers, and offering welcome drinks. The room was clean, and the staff served with smiles. Although there were delays in the activity schedule, the overall experience was very good. Staying one night and having four meals was excellent. Tomy and Daniel are good!

Con thuyền sạch sẽ, có tiện nghi tuyệt vời, và đội ngũ nhân viên, từ người điều hành tour đến thủy thủ đoàn, đều rất tốt bụng và hiếu khách. We had an amazing 2D1N experience on the Aqua cruise! The crew was wonderful, and the service was flawless, from the professional pickup in Hanoi to the attentive staff on board. It was a fantastic trip! From the initial contact for departure to the service on board and the arrangements for all the attractions, everything was excellent. The tour guide always made sure everyone was present before setting off, and on the return journey, arrangements were made to drop us off at our designated hotel, which was very convenient!
