Cruzeiro Le Journey Elegance 2D1N: Passeio pela Baía de Ha Long e Baía de Lan Ha

There were several positives along with a few negatives. The highlight of the cruise was the manager, Tony. He was very friendly and accommodating from the port pickup until the end of the journey. Some other crew members were also hospitable, though the service did not fully match a 5-star hotel, possibly due to language barriers as we often had to use a translator. The food was good with decent variety across all four meals, and they were flexible with dietary preferences. The itinerary was followed perfectly, and the room was spacious and matched the photos. Special kudos for bday setup and cake. On the downside, the hotel pickup arranged through an external company was unpleasant as the guy was quite rude when we were about 10 minutes late and just told he would leave. There were also minor issues like the jacuzzi initially released dirty water. High tea was basic, with just fruits, chips, and coffee. Overall, it was an experience but don’t expect true 5-star service for the price.

Tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa con Le Journey Elegance Cruise. El personal fue amable, atento y aseguró una estancia agradable durante todo el viaje. El crucero estaba limpio, cómodo y muy bien mantenido. La comida no era tan deliciosa para los vegetarianos, no tenían buenas variedades en absoluto y el servicio en general fue impresionante.

Excellent organisation from pick-up to drop-off. We went on the Le Journey Elegance cruise with Mr. Tonny as the crew manager. The cruise was well-maintained, and the hospitality and itinerary were great. The food was excellent. We really enjoyed our 2-night, 1-day stay. A must-visit.

Thank you to the hardworking staff, who made us feel their friendliness and warmth from the moment we boarded, especially Hari, who always proactively looked after us (we had children) and was always the first to offer the best assistance! From the room to the entire itinerary, the experience was excellent. I will definitely come again if I have the chance! My favorite parts were the bathtub and the balcony, where I could relax and enjoy my time while admiring Lan Ha Bay!

Andrew was the highlight of my experience. He went above and beyond to make sure my friend and I had a perfect stay! The cruise was great, we got to see the sights and the staff took great care of us.
