I highly recommend this tour. It was very well organized. Dan, the cruise manager, is excellent. He helped us with our requests and did everything perfectly. I will definitely book this tour again and recommend it to my family and friends.
The wait for the ship to depart took longer than expected, but otherwise, I have no other complaints. The buffet spread for lunch on the first day was nice and sufficient. Afterwards, we transferred to a smaller boat for sightseeing. All the staff and guides were excellent and proficient in English. If you're not tired from Tiptop Island, feel free to check out the night activities like karaoke and night fishing. Just one more comment: the bathroom door in my room opened quite restrictively because the hinge blocked the glass shower door from opening completely. I'm not sure if other rooms have a similar issue.
¡Lo pasamos genial durante toda la experiencia! Nos recogieron en nuestro hotel en el casco antiguo. La comunicación fue excelente, las comidas fueron geniales y pudieron adaptarse a varias dietas, las actividades fueron buenas y el personal muy amable. Los barcos están en mejores condiciones que otros y las habitaciones son casi como las de un hotel, muy cómodas con excelentes vistas. Nuestro guía Michael fue entusiasta y muy amable, y el resto de la tripulación también fue genial. El programa estuvo muy bien planificado con descansos para tener tiempo privado, pero también suficientes actividades para nunca aburrirse. En general, muy contentos con esta experiencia y la recomendamos encarecidamente a cualquiera.
La recogida fue un poco caótica, especialmente si te encuentras en la Ópera de Hanói. Por favor, asegúrate de proporcionarles un número de contacto adecuado (en mi caso, WhatsApp) para que puedan localizarte, ya que ese lugar es utilizado por muchas empresas turísticas para las recogidas. El operador turístico se puso en contacto el día anterior para confirmar todo, y el guía turístico también te enviará un mensaje la noche anterior. El crucero en sí fue encantador, con una gran hospitalidad por parte de la tripulación, la comida y las bebidas eran buenas, y las actividades parecían estándar en todos los operadores turísticos. Originally booked Amanda Premier Cruise for March. However, due to private event, the agent contacted me that the cruise day is unavailable. She is really helpful and helped to convert my booking to Anthena Luxury Cruise. Booking via Klook is always trustable without any issue. Anthena Cruise is awesome too, visited the cave, island and kayak is great.
Although the cruise was changed to the Starlight Cruise, we have no regrets about choosing it. We also had a great experience during these 2 days and 1 night with the Starlight Cruise. The waiter and tour guide also put in their best effort to serve us with pleasure. We were intrigued by the activities (even though the cave was quite crowded as there were other cruise tours there as well). Overall, my family and I enjoyed this trip and would be able to recommend it to our relatives and friends.

La excursión fue muy buena. La habitación y la vista eran realmente agradables. Se encargaron de mis necesidades dietéticas, lo cual fue muy alentador y un gesto muy amable de su parte. Las actividades fueron atractivas y divertidas. Solo algunas sugerencias para mejorar: el tiempo de la actividad de kayak debería aumentarse y el precio del agua en el barco es aproximadamente 4.5 veces más alto de lo que conseguiríamos en el mercado, aunque siempre tenemos la opción de traer agua con nosotros.
A comfortable and relaxing itinerary. After water activities, you can return to the boat to wash up and dine, which is very pleasant.
