Our tour guide Kevin from Altitude Tours Queenstown was engaging, informative and entertaining. We were comfortably taken to Glenorchy & Paradise and enjoyed a little picnic with some delicious south land food and hot drinks. We were able to take some beautiful photos. Highly recommend this operator

Our family of 4 had such an enjoyable time. We went on 25 Nov and our tour guide was so helpful and friendly. Cheese toasties and small token of souvenirs was an added surprise element I was totally taken off. thank you for making our trip so memorable.

Our guide, Do, is funny and very informative. She treats her guests like friends, makes snacks and coffee for us, takes our pictures, and knows all the best viewpoints for photos. Halfdaagse trip van Queenstown naar Glenorchy. De gids was redelijk en deskundig, we bezochten verschillende plaatsen en verkenden het kleine stadje Glenorchy.

The itinerary was to Glenorchy and Paradise, departing in a small group. Our guide, Ms. Do, was very familiar with the route, introducing us to the beautiful scenery along the way, as well as the filming locations for The Lord of the Rings trilogy (and many other movies). She also provided Lord of the Rings props for group photos, ensuring everyone had a great time and ample time for commemorative pictures. Additionally, the morning refreshments she arranged were delicious. On the return journey, she allowed us to stop briefly at a Lord of the Rings forest filming location, giving us a chance to experience the environment and take photos. The entire trip was rich, entertaining, and highly recommended.

It was truly an amazing trip! As a huge LOTR fan, this felt like a dream come true. ✨ Organized by Altitude Tours, hands down one of the best tour companies in Queenstown—everything was seamless, well-organized, and our guide, Do, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Do (who was also our driver!) was a hardcore LOTR fan, which made the whole experience even better. It honestly felt like a trip down memory lane, visiting the actual filming locations and hearing all the stories behind them. I would highly recommend this tour to fellow LOTR fans or anyone curious about the films—but even if you’re not, the scenery alone is absolutely breathtaking. 💛

I had a great experience going on an altitude tour. Our guide, Kevin was really informative and well prepared. He got us treats for the trip and it was tasty! Also, he gave us the jade stone too. Thank you him for such a memorable tour!

I loved the picnic and the scenic drive to Glenorchy and Paradise! I’m also very grateful for the little surprise for us on our way back to Queenstown. I appreciated how the tour was conducted on time as I had a flight to catch at 5:30 PM.
