Highly recommend if you really wanna pay extra to skip the lines. When I arrived in Hanoi at around 2PM, there were long rows of people so I was worried there would be a line but I skipped past everyone on the leftmost side of immigration lines. Very smooth experience and straightforward directions. This is a must for Vietnam trips.

I traveled from Hanoi to Da Nang and only had a two-hour layover, so I decided to use this service. I was worried about meeting the staff, but as soon as I got off the plane and walked straight ahead, I saw a staff member holding a sign with my name, which was a great relief. They guided me to the priority lane. Even with the priority lane, immigration took about 20 minutes, but the general lane had a very long queue, so it was definitely the right decision to book this service. I had also requested assistance with baggage claim, and afterwards, they directed me to the shuttle bus stop for domestic flights, telling me to take "that green bus" from the exit. I successfully arrived at the domestic terminal in time. I will likely use this service again if I have a short layover in the future.

It took about 5 minutes to clear immigration. I think it's worth it. It was late at night, but please note that it was quite crowded. With the fast track, there were fewer than 10 people in line.

The plane itself was very empty on a weekday, so I thought the immigration check wouldn't have much of a line, but there was quite a queue, so I was glad I made a reservation! I received a call from the person in charge the day before, and they handled everything smoothly.

was amazing, just stepped out of the airplane and they knew who I am, saved me long lines at imigration, after ten minutes I was waiting for my luggage, the girl that escorted me waited with me untill the suitcase was received. WOW what a great service.

Everything went great, even though our flight was delayed. The 3-person team took care of us reliably and friendly at all stations. We got through security within a few minutes while the queues next to us were getting longer and longer. Anytime again!

I only had a 2-hour layover for my flight to Đà Nẵng. When I searched for transfer procedures two days before departure, reviews said it takes at least 3 hours, which suddenly made me anxious and I rushed to make a reservation. Upon arrival, the immigration queue was indeed long. However, once I found the app's staff, I was able to breeze right past the line. They also guided me to the bus stop and took care of my luggage, making the terminal transfer effortless. Even with a tight 2-hour window, I made it in plenty of time, which was a huge relief! I think the 3,000 yen is well worth it.
