Serviço de Transfer do Aeroporto Internacional de Noi Bai (HAN)

Great airport transfer service! 🚐✨ The driver was friendly, punctual, and helpful. Smooth and comfortable ride from Noi Bai International Airport. Highly recommended! 👍🇻🇳

Volveré a reservar.

The communication the day before our flight, down to our arrival, and providing details as to which part of the airport they will meet us, down to the travel experience from the airport hotel, was very efficient and worth the money. If you want a transport from the hotel to Hanoi with no issues, you can have a well-served.

Since I was arriving at the airport late at night, I requested a hotel transfer. On the morning of that day, I received an email explaining the pickup procedure, and 20 minutes before the meeting time, I got another email saying they had arrived and were ready whenever I was. Although my arrival was a bit later than scheduled, when I went to the designated meeting spot, I was guided right away. They even carried my heavy suitcase, which was a huge help. I will definitely use this service again when I come back to Hanoi.

I used the airport drop-off service. The reservation details screen on the app didn't display properly—for instance, even though it was an airport drop-off reservation, it prompted me to enter an arrival flight, and there were descriptions guiding passengers on airport pick-ups, which made me uneasy. I tried contacting the ride-sharing company to confirm, but didn't receive a reply for about 5 hours. Since it was a late-night departure, it made me a bit anxious. Since the trip there went smoothly, I figured it would be fine, but... Other than that, it was perfect. The car and the driver were both wonderful, making for a great ride. I will use this service again next time.

Amazing customer service! There was a misunderstanding with my booking, as I thought I had booked an airport pick up when it was actually an airport drop off. However, the issue was resolved straight away, and the driver arrived very quickly. Really impressed with how quickly and easily everything was sorted.
