Well, the guide (Dino) was great; we did indeed skip the line at immigration and security, and he assisted us all the way. The line itself wasn't very long at that time; it was a Saturday at 6 in the morning. I guess if the line is long, then it is worth it. I would definitely recommend this if you're worried about missing your flight. But if you're early, like 4 hours before boarding, then there's no need to grab this package. We only got it because being at the airport at 4 in the morning wasn't an option for us. Overall, it was a very good experience for us, and the entire process was smooth.

I had an excellent experience with Klook’s airport transfer. Despite our flight landing 1 hour and 30 minutes early in the early morning, the Klook coordinator was already there waiting for us.
