This is an observatory where you can see the Hanoi skyline, located in the same building as Lotte Hotel and Lotte Mart. You enter through the basement level 1 of Lotte Mart. I had pre-purchased a ticket including a drink through Klook, and you just need to exchange it at the on-site ticket counter before entering. The weather was very hot and rain was forecast, so I went to the observatory looking for a cool place. There were no other people, so I enjoyed the view very comfortably. Since we were the only visitors at the observatory, we took many photos and were able to fully enjoy the surroundings while drinking our beverages. The VR experience takes up about half of the observatory's space, so other attractions like the souvenir shop might feel a bit lacking. The binoculars are free, allowing you to see nearby tourist spots in detail.

I came here on my first day and first time ever in Vietnam to check out the amazing view of the Hanoi skyline. The view was spectacular and offers a 360-degree view of this amazing city. I highly recommend everyone to visit this place when you're in Hanoi. I also got to have the awesome BAC Xiu Vietnamese coffee, which was mind-blowingly good; this is definitely a must-try for all.

Lotte Sky Observation Deck'e hafta sonu gittik. İpucu: Klook üzerinden rezervasyon yapın, daha ucuz oluyor lol. Öğle yemeği civarında vardık, bu yüzden şaşırtıcı bir şekilde çok kalabalık değildi. Biz oraya varmadan önce yağmur yağmıştı ama manzara yine de güzeldi. Dürüst olmak gerekirse, buranın gün batımında veya gece daha etkileyici olacağını düşünüyorum. Ücretsiz içecekli bileti aldık, bira, buzlu kahve, kış kavunu çayı, ballı çay, dondurma vb. arasından seçim yapabilirsiniz (gerisini unuttum 😅). Güzel bir ek özellik. Hanbok kiralama ve bazı sevimli hediyelik eşyalar da var. Eğer ilgileniyorsanız bir VR oyunu da var, zaten çok yüksek bir binada olduğunuz için eğlenceli olabilir, neden olmasın?

If you want to see an aerial view of Hanoi city proper, it's best to visit the Lotte Observatory Deck. You'll also have the chance to play VR if you wish, which will add a special touch to your travel adventure. The observatory deck is beautiful and charming.

Mỗi khi tôi đến một quốc gia mới, một điều luôn nằm trong danh sách những việc cần làm của tôi là ghé thăm tòa nhà cao nhất trong thành phố. Vì vậy, tất nhiên, tôi phải đến Lotte Center. Nó chắc chắn đã không làm tôi thất vọng! Quang cảnh toàn cảnh từ trên cao thực sự ngoạn mục và mang đến cho bạn một góc nhìn hoàn toàn mới về thành phố. I particularly liked this activity because I was able to explore the 65th floor of Hanoi Sky City, from the top of the center. The area was really interesting, offering many activities. The elevator to the 65th floor was very fast, and it featured big pictures. I don't recommend this for people with acrophobia. At the end of the tour, you are provided with a bus ride to explore several interesting spots, like pagodas and temples, within the Hanoi City area. This allows you to explore a little bit further, beyond the Old Quarter, around West Lake and some other facilities. This is a very provoking and enlightening adventure.

Managed to go to the Lotte Sky Deck observations to see the whole of Hanoi on Friday, November 7, 2025, but the weather was hazy and cloudy with moving clouds and winds. Still managed to see the view of Hanoi, but the staff working on the top deck were not around, so I thought I could get some snap photos from them for my memories, but the photo shop didn't open at all, which was so sad.

Đài quan sát rất đáng tiền! Yêu Klook! Thời tiết trong xanh nên khung cảnh Việt Nam thật tuyệt vời! Thứ Hai không đông đúc nên nơi này khá yên tĩnh. Việc đổi vé diễn ra suôn sẻ.
