Es muy conocedora y tiene excelentes habilidades interpersonales. Se aseguró de que todos estuvieran incluidos y se divirtieran. Fuimos al pueblo del incienso, vimos el proceso de fabricación y luego fuimos a hacer sombreros. Nadia soltaba datos como si corrieran por sus venas. Es divertida y muy respetuosa con las personas cuyas casas/fábricas visitamos. Eso me encantó. Realmente me encantó tenerla como guía. También actuó como mi fotógrafa personal y conocía todos los ángulos correctos. Nuestro conductor también fue excelente y se aseguró de que tuviéramos un viaje tranquilo. Gracias a ambos. Mi único arrepentimiento es no haber tenido a mi familia para compartir esta experiencia. Este tour fue realmente genial.

The experience was fantastic — we absolutely loved it. Besides visiting all the places, it was also very enriching to learn about the history and to be part of the creation process of both the hats and the incense, understanding how everything works. We even brought home two lovely souvenirs. On top of that, our guide, Kevin, was tireless and incredibly dedicated throughout the whole experience.

It was my second time in Hanoi, and I was looking for new experiences since I had already covered all the main tours on my previous visit. This tour was a great option to spend half a day in the countryside. Tom, our guide, was friendly and full of energy. He explained each part well and took photos for us. The Incense Village is a good photo spot. You also get to see how the incense sticks are made by hand. The Hat Village was also nice, as you get to try a few steps yourself. The most fun was painting the hat. Our morning pickup was delayed, but Tom and the tour company apologized and treated us to some good coffee. We spent ample time at each location.

The Incense Village & Hat Making Tour is an absolute must-do while in Hanoi. It’s a beautifully curated experience that showcases two of Vietnam's most iconic cultural symbols. The tour offers a fascinating look into the craftsmanship behind incense & the traditional conical hat (Nón Lá). Seeing the vibrant bundles of incense sticks drying in the sun is a photographer’s dream. The hat-making portion was equally impressive - seeing the patience required to construct a single hat gives you a newfound respect for this everyday Vietnamese staple. The highlight of the day was undoubtedly our guide, Kevin. He made the entire experience seamless and engaging: - He shared historical facts & cultural nuances in a way that was fun, rather than feeling like a lecture. - His English is excellent & easy to understand Bonus Perk: Kevin is a fantastic photographer! He knows all the best angles and was happy to help us capture some incredible shots of the day. Highly recommended!

¡Una reserva obligada! El guía turístico Kevin tenía muchos conocimientos y explicó todo en detalle. Gran calidad por el precio. Definitivamente lo recomiendo. Solo éramos 3 personas en el tour, así que fue más personal. Kevin tomó muy buenas fotos y nos guio a través de cada paso de cómo se hacía todo. Pudimos tener una experiencia práctica y obtener productos y personalizar un sombrero. Hice el tour de 1/2 y valió la pena. Reserve y solicite a Kevin como su guía.

Had such a fun and smooth trip to the Incense Village and Hat-Making Village! 🌸 Our small group got picked up right on time from the hotel and dropped off after — super hassle-free! 🙌 Our guide Jay was amazing — very professional and explained everything so well. Loved learning how the locals make a living and the stories behind it 🇻🇳✨ Plus, every spot was sooo Instagrammable! 📸 Highly recommend this tour! 💯

We had a wonderful half-day trip to the Incense Village! It was amazing to see not only the iconic sea of vibrant red incense, but also to learn the entire incense-making process, from bamboo sticks to the finished product. It's also a fantastic place for photography! 📸 We also visited a traditional Vietnamese hat-making workshop, where we learned how the hats are handmade and even had the chance to decorate our own conical hats. Such a fun and unique experience! A special shout-out to our guide, Louisa! She was soooo kind, friendly, and passionate. She wasn't just our tour guide—she was also our teacher, bodyguard, and professional photographer! 😂 She made the whole trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
