The Hanoi city tour was great, especially with our guide, Hue. Hue is very knowledgeable about Hanoi City and Vietnamese culture, and gave us a great tour. Her command over English is good. She is a great person, and I would like to have her as a guide again. The lunch had a set menu and the portion sizes were too little. It also didn’t include any beverage. This is one thing that could have been improved.

It was a fun and educational tour about Hanoi’s landmarks. We were in awe to see Uncle Ho’s well preserved body. Our tour guide Lily was so informative and patient in answering our questions. Just be prepared to do a lot of walking and remember that pagodas and temples do not allow sleeveless tops and short shorts. Also, we didn’t know that there was a lunch provided so it was really worth it and got to try other Vietnamese food.

We had a fantastic time on our Highlights Hanoi City Day Tour, and a huge part of that was thanks to our wonderful guide, Hue/Lily! From the very beginning, communication was absolutely seamless. Before the tour even started, Lily personally reached out to introduce herself, which was a lovely, welcoming touch that made us feel completely at ease. She provided her contact number and was incredibly easy to reach whenever we had a question. Throughout the day, Lily was great—exceptionally accommodating, warm, and highly knowledgeable about Hanoi’s rich history and culture. The itinerary itself was well-planned, well-paced, and gave us a perfect overview of the city's highlights. If you are planning a trip to Hanoi, we highly recommend booking this tour and asking for Lily!

¡Gran experiencia! Nuestro guía turístico Kien fue muy informativo y entretenido. Se proporcionó agua, lo cual es bueno ya que solo unos pocos establecimientos tenían agua potable gratuita. El autobús era cómodo y seguro. Pudimos dejar nuestros objetos de valor en el autobús/furgoneta mientras realizábamos el recorrido.

The tour guide accommodated me and changed the pick-up location when I was about to be late. He was very warm, friendly, and knowledgeable about the spots. The tour was very organized and on schedule.

The tour did not proceed due to road closures. I still recommend booking if you want to see the spots in Hanoi.

The tour was enjoyable, and we appreciated the opportunity to explore the history of Hanoi City and its ethnic groups. We would also like to thank our tour guide, Phuong, for being patient and accommodating throughout the tour. As a gentle suggestion, it would be helpful to be more considerate of guests’ time, as the tour concluded past 5:00 PM instead of the scheduled 4:30 PM due to waiting for guests (join-in” who arrived late to the tour.

Chuyến tham quan buổi chiều không bắt đầu đúng giờ (có lẽ vì phần đầu tiên — chuyến tham quan buổi sáng vẫn chưa kết thúc). Điều đó có nghĩa là bạn phải điều chỉnh thời gian của mình. Hướng dẫn viên rất nhiệt tình và chuyên nghiệp, chỉ là đôi khi rất khó hiểu, đặc biệt nếu bạn không quen với giọng tiếng Anh của người Việt. Đồ ăn kèm không quá ngon, chỉ ở mức chấp nhận được.

Hướng dẫn viên và tài xế rất nhiệt tình. Đã ghé thăm nhiều nơi bao gồm 1 xưởng làm sơn mài và một xưởng thêu. Chuyến đi này sẽ phù hợp với những người yêu thích văn hóa và lịch sử. Thời gian ở một số địa điểm có thể ngắn hơn, ví dụ như Trung tâm Văn học thay vì 45 phút được phân bổ.
