The overall experience of this day trip in Hanoi was excellent. The itinerary was rich and smooth, from the colorful incense village of Quang Phu Cau, to the lively and interesting Hanoi Train Street, then to the culturally rich Tran Quoc Pagoda, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, and Temple of Literature. Finally, there was Hanoi Cathedral and the unique egg coffee. Each attraction was very representative. I especially want to commend our guide, Thomas, for his meticulous and thoughtful service. Not only did he explain everything clearly, but he was also very good at taking photos, with professional angles and compositions, leaving us with many beautiful memories of the trip. In addition, the entire trip's timing was perfectly managed, with a just-right pace that was neither rushed nor delayed, making for a very comfortable experience. Overall, it was a highly recommended Hanoi trip! 👍

We had a wonderful private tour today with our guide, Pietro. He arrived early at our hotel and immediately made us feel comfortable and excited for the day ahead. Our first stop was the Incense Village, where he patiently explained the incense-making process and helped us take beautiful photos, making the visit extra special. We then explored the Temple of Literature, which turned out to be incredibly rich in history, and Pietro’s storytelling truly brought the place to life. We also visited the Mausoleum and the famous St. Joseph Cathedral, then enjoyed a bountiful and delicious lunch at Banh Mi Tam. One of the highlights was Train Street, where we had coffee while waiting for the train to pass, a unique Hanoi experience full of energy and charm. Our last visit was the Pagoda, where Pietro shared fascinating details and stories that made the visit meaningful. He is funny, knowledgeable, kind, and very accommodating. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Hanoi.

If you are thinking about booking this tour, do it! We had the best time. Our guide Justin was fun, and so knowledgeable about the city. He totally saved the day by getting us to Train Street right on time for the crossing, which was unforgettable. I also have to give him a special shoutout for his photography skills, he was so patient and took the most amazing pictures of us! Lunch was also a huge win; a super comfortable spot with fantastic local food I had never tried before. An amazing experience from start to finish!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience on the All-in-One Full-day tour in Hanoi, covering the beautiful Quang Phu Cau Incense Village, key city highlights, and the unique Hanoi Train Street. The itinerary was very well planned, offering a perfect mix of cultural experiences, local insights, and sightseeing. The incense village was a true highlight with its vibrant colors and traditional craftsmanship, while the city tour helped us understand Hanoi’s rich history and everyday life. Train Street was definitely one of the most exciting and memorable parts of the day. A big shoutout to our guide, Mr. Khoi—he was extremely knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor, keeping us entertained and laughing throughout the tour. Tour was fantastic! Our guide, Andrew was the best. Communication was on point prior to the tour. During the tour he was excellent in explaining the whole tour, gave us the background and history of the area, temples and pagoda, his also funny and engaging the whole time. We truly had an enjoyable time. Thanks Andrew! The lunch included in the tour was also very good.

Mac, nuestro guía, fue Perfecto con P mayúscula. Habla muy bien inglés y tiene un excelente conocimiento de los sitios históricos y de Vietnam en general. Fue paciente con nosotros y compartió su conocimiento de Hanói. Primero visitamos el Train Cafe, una visita obligada en Hanói, luego nos dirigimos a la fábrica de incienso en las afueras de Hanói, después visitamos la iglesia francesa de Notre Dame en Hanói. Luego fuimos a visitar dos templos, uno junto al Lago del Oeste, que es uno de los templos catalogados entre los mejores del mundo con 11 pisos, y el siguiente fue el Templo de Confucio, de más de 1.000 años, que también fue la primera Universidad. También nos detuvimos en la Ópera de Hanói, construida por los franceses durante la época colonial. Caminamos por la plaza Ho Chi Minh, donde se guarda el cuerpo del Tío Ho frente al Parlamento, y vimos el cambio de la Guardia Nacional junto al Memorial. Tuvimos el placer de probar comida local, el café con huevo y algunos helados. Gracias, Mac, por los dulces recuerdos.

We booked a private tour so we could enjoy the experience at our own pace (and have more time for photos! 😅). It was absolutely worth it! Our guide, Peter, made the whole trip even better—he’s knowledgeable, energetic, and has a great sense of humor. There was never a dull moment. Highly recommend this tour!

Nothing short of a wow! Our tour guide Andrew was great and made the trip very interactive. We drove in a fortuner, so the ride was very comfortable. The trip started with Incense village where we saw the making of the incense sticks, in fact did some activities ourselves as well. Andrew was very helpful in taking the best pics for us as a family. Then we headed back to train street where Andrew has some friends who had a seat for us. We sipped Coffee and enjoyed the train literally so close to us that you can touch it..then we headed to our lunch place.Small but decent. Ban my, fried rice, rice rolls, dry pho( excellent) and sticky rice ice cream. Post our lunch we visited the Lake Pagoda, Cathedral, Literature Uni. Andrew explained the history of each place in detail, no rush and lot of photo time. All these places are close to old quarters. Finally ended our trip with an egg coffee with a nice view of the bustling street.. overall a very satisfying family day exploring Hanoi! Worth it
