The tour guide took amazing photos at the Incense Village and was very accommodating throughout the trip. Both the driver and tour guide were incredibly trustworthy—my companion left a valuable item on the bus, and they returned it to our hotel the same day. The restaurant at Train Street also offered a great view of the passing train and served very delicious food.

This trip was absolutely amazing! The itinerary was very well organized and we got to experience so many beautiful places around Hanoi in just half a day. The incense village was stunning and Train Street was such a unique experience. The food included in the tour was delicious, and the egg coffee was one of the best I tried in Vietnam. Our guide, Son, was very nice, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained the history and culture of every place in a very interesting way and made the whole group feel comfortable and welcomed. The transportation was smooth and everything was on time. I highly recommend this tour if you want to explore Hanoi and have an authentic local experience!

This 1-day city tour itinerary was just perfect to experience the most desired attractions in Hanoi. Our tour guide, Mr. Luca, was very informative and managed the entire tour with good timing. The Incense Village, Train Street coffee shops along the running train passing by, and the Prison Museum were among the unique experiences to remember.

Worth it for Day 1 in Hanoi. We got to see all in Mr. Ben’s itinerary— super informative and friendly by the way. The tour guide has great humor. Got us have the nice spots and offers to take photos as well!

Our group leader, Henry, was fantastic – super informative, helpful, and great at taking pictures! Get to the incense village first so you can take pictures with no one around. It’s a bit of a commute, but Henry keeps you entertained. The train station was busy, and the food was average. The city tour and egg coffee were excellent.

Tuyệt vời cho chuyến đi một ngày và hướng dẫn viên du lịch Tiger rất tuyệt. Làng hương là một nơi tốt để chụp ảnh. Chuyến tham quan thành phố cũng mang lại cho chúng tôi những kỷ niệm đẹp. Tiger có kiến thức sâu rộng về lịch sử Việt Nam, cũng như cho chúng tôi biết câu chuyện đằng sau mỗi địa điểm.

This excursion was so much fun! We Got so many good photos at the incense village. Train street is an absolute must if visiting Hanoi and it was great to have someone take us to a particular cafe. The only downside was the people trying to sell you things at train street are very persistent, the most I’ve seen in the city, but that’s not the fault of the tour or the guide.
