Her English skills were excellent, which made it very easy to understand and learn all about the traditional techniques and processes of conical hat making and incense manufacturing. Our driver was professional and experienced, making the travel safe as traffic in Hanoi was super busy. Thank you so much, Miss Trang and Mr. Thanh! We had Thomas as our half-day tour guide for the day. He picked us up on time and started the day punctually; in fact, he arrived a few minutes earlier than expected. He's friendly, informative, and speaks English very well. He's also very skilled at helping us take photos along the way. We had a really fun experience on this tour! Mac was a great guide friendly, helpful, and made the whole trip enjoyable. We visited both the Incense Village and the Hat Village, and it was interesting to learn more about the local culture and see how everything is made. The Incense Village was especially beautiful and perfect for taking photos. Everything was well organized and we had plenty of time to enjoy each place. Definitely a fun and worthwhile experience!
