During a tight schedule on my business trip to Italy, I made a solo visit to Florence and specifically booked a fast-track ticket for the Accademia Gallery in advance. The queue at the entrance was incredibly long, so I was very fortunate to have this ticket, which allowed me to use the fast lane and save a significant amount of time. For business travelers like me, where time is precious, it was absolutely worth it! The flow within the museum was smooth, and with the detailed explanations from the audio guide, I, as a solo visitor, could deeply appreciate the awe-inspiring presence and intricate details of Michelangelo's original 'David' statue. The entire experience was very efficient and enriching. I highly recommend it to solo travelers who want to make the most of their limited time to visit this classic masterpiece!

Do not buy! Do not buy! Do not buy! The supplier they partnered with is very problematic! We arrived at the meeting point before the scheduled time and searched for a long time before finding staff member A. After confirming our booking information, they told us that unfortunately, our entry would be delayed (by another 2 hours) and asked us to come back later to collect our tickets. Two hours later, staff member A had disappeared. We immediately scanned for people who looked like tour operators (only wearing local tour operator lanyards, no Klook logo) and found staff member B. They said the male staff member from the morning was sick and they were covering for him. Similarly, they said there were no tickets available for the current time, but they gave tickets to another family group first and told us we had to wait another 2 hours. There were other travelers at the scene who were treated in the same way. We immediately complained to them, but staff member B simply refused to allocate tickets to us. Since we had to leave Florence in the afternoon, we could only request Klook to process a refund. We strongly recommend Klook carefully select its partners! This completely disrupted our planned itinerary and ruined our travel mood.

El boleto definitivamente funcionó para que entráramos a la hora programada, solo que requirió algo de esfuerzo y preocupación para que sucediera. Las instrucciones nos indicaban ir a la Fuente de Neptuno, donde vimos a una representante de Klook con una bandera. Cuando me acerqué a ella, nos dijo que estábamos en el lugar equivocado. Le mostré el correo electrónico que indicaba la Fuente de Neptuno y ella se sorprendió. En otra parte del correo electrónico también aparecía una dirección junto al museo. Nos dijo que fuéramos allí y nos encontráramos con el otro representante de Klook. Fuimos allí, pero no había nadie con una bandera de Klook. Otras personas no identificadas nos preguntaron por qué estábamos allí y les explicamos. No sabían nada de Klook. Seguimos esperando sin saber si nos habían estafado. Luego, un chico se acercó y nos preguntó si teníamos vales. Le mostramos nuestro correo electrónico y nos dio dos boletos y nos dijo en qué fila ponernos. Todo salió bien y pudimos ver El David, pero podría haber sido con menos dudas con un representante identificado.

It says a digital guide is included, but I received it the day after inquiring and entering. I think I would have enjoyed the tour more if it had been sent to me in advance.

The vendor responsible for exchanging physical tickets did not have the Klook logo as stated in the order confirmation. We arrived at the agreed time and location, but didn't know who to exchange tickets with. The vendor, who was also at the meeting point, didn't ask us anything, causing us to wait for 30 minutes. After asking a museum employee, we were told it might be that person. The vendor then blamed us, saying everyone else had exchanged their tickets except us. How was I supposed to know who they were? Other platform vendors have clear identification badges that make them easily recognizable.
