The electronic voucher provided by the Klook platform cannot be used directly. The organizer will send the tickets via email the day before your visit, so please be sure to check your email attachments! Large backpacks and handbags are not allowed inside the cathedral and must be stored at the baggage deposit area located to the left-rear exterior of the Florence Cathedral. You will need your ticket to deposit your luggage (the staff were very kind, asking if we needed to carry water and even thoughtfully provided a museum shopping bag for our water bottles). Entry to the cathedral itself is free, but access to the crypt area in the basement requires a ticket. We highly recommend that friends who appreciate architecture and history visit the crypt area and the museum!

There was still a short queue, but the cathedral's dome was incredibly stunning and moving. It was disappointing that the Baptistery was under renovation and nothing could be seen. The ticket clearly stated it was valid for three days upon delivery, but in reality, only one day remained, meaning it would expire if all attractions couldn't be visited in a single day. The museum is very, very much worth a visit.

Generally Dome is free but Skip the line is great. Although we booked 11:30, we finally got inside at 11:50. It was rainy that day, can't imagine that I needed to stand in rain for hours to get inside. Actually there is no officer dressed up in yellow as the ticket will be sent to you by WhatsApp which is convenient. The museum is good too! Enjoy!
