The biggest win was skipping the massive line. We showed our Klook QR code at the reserved entrance and were inside within 5 minutes, while the regular queue stretched down the street. For a busy summer trip, that alone was worth booking ahead. The gallery itself is world-class. Seeing Botticelli’s Primavera and Birth of Venus up close was a highlight, and the rooms with Leonardo, Michelangelo, and Caravaggio are stunning. We added the audio guide via the Klook app and it made a big difference - without it you’d just be looking at paintings without much context. The collection is well laid out chronologically, so you can actually follow the evolution of Renaissance art. It gets extremely crowded, especially between 11am-2pm. Some of the smaller rooms were stuffy and it was hard to spend time with the art. Book the earliest morning slot on Klook if you can, and go straight to Botticelli first before the crowds. Just manage your expectations on crowds and you’ll love it.

The electronic voucher provided by the Klook platform cannot be used directly. You must follow the detailed instructions below the voucher and go to the ticket supplier's designated location (we were at the Donatello statue outside the Uffizi Gallery at the time) at the specified time (usually 15 minutes before your reserved visit time) to collect a physical ticket from the staff and scan a QR code to download the audio guide. It is recommended to download the audio guide app "POPGuide" in advance where there is WiFi, as some audio guides in Florence and Rome use this app. Downloading it early can reduce waiting time before ticket validation.

很棒，語音導覽有規劃的很好，內容有中文，而且可以按照自己的步調理解作品，要看完所有的作品，建議保留一整個上午的時間，整個館非常大，內容也很多，要先跟工作人員換票，穿著背心，才能排隊入場

Booking this ticket is definitely worth it. Not only does it allow for quick entry, but the audio guide is also excellent. You just need to take some time to figure out the marked locations on the guide.

I had an 8:30 reservation and was asked to arrive 15 minutes early, but the staff was late, only arriving at 8:22! You have to download the audio guide app beforehand, which has a Chinese version, but it's not very user-friendly and isn't updated to the latest information. Renting an audio guide on-site is only 6 euros and would probably be much better.
