We really enjoyed the tour and activities, and the customer service was excellent throughout. The only downside was the foggy weather conditions, which meant we were unable to see the sunrise from the mountain. However, this is nature and completely beyond anyone’s control, so we do not blame the company for this at all. The lava tour, hot spring, and coffee plantation experience more than made up for it, and our driver, Tarisa, was absolutely amazing and very accommodating throughout the trip.

Unforgettable Mount Batur Jeep Tour An amazing lifetime experience! Riding up Mount Batur in an open-air jeep through the dark forest was thrilling—steep, bumpy, and adventurous. The sunrise view at the top was stunning, with only a few jeeps around, making it peaceful and special. Our guide was friendly, informative, and took great photos for us. It was cold in the mountains, but we rented cozy fleece blankets at the meeting point. The Black Lava field after sunrise was extraordinary—vast and surreal. Highly recommended!

The Batur Jeep Tour was a great experience in Ubud with Agit and Erli. Erli picked me up at the hotel early in the morning and drove me all the way to Mount Batur. I met Agit, a Jeep driver, and we proceeded to the Batur sunrise point. Agit was an amazing photographer and took really good pictures. After the sunrise and the Black Lava, Erli took me to Akasa Cafe, where I could enjoy the view of Mount Batur with a morning coffee. He kindly drove me to a hotel in downtown Ubud. I enjoyed the entire trip comfortably and safely.

I recently went on the Mount Batur sunrise jeep trek and had an amazing experience, thanks to our fantastic driver. He was incredibly friendly and made the entire journey enjoyable. He took us to a perfect spot on the mountain for the sunrise and captured a lot of great pictures for us. I highly recommend this trek and our wonderful driver!

The Mount Batur tour was excellent, and we had a fantastic sunrise view that day. The mountain views were very clear, and the black lava was impressive. Our guide and driver, Wayan Sugi, is the best person; he took our pictures at every point and created wonderful memories for us. He is truly the best.

This Klook booking and experience was phenomenal. Starting from the pick-up, my driver Roony was very professional when driving me to the location and even volunteered to take care of my stuff when I was doing the ATV segment. And onto the main event of taking the jeep to Mount Batur, I have a wonderful and attentive guide Kadek, and if you can see, he takes the most beautiful pictures of the scenery which definitely hits the spot. He is definitely a 10/10 recommend if you can ask for him!!! He was also very attentive, and constantly checked in with me if I was feeling comfortable (in terms of the super bumpy ride in the jeep). Thank you for making my first trip to Bali so memorable!!!

Super wunderbar! Das Personal ist sehr enthusiastisch und macht viele Fotos für uns. Atemberaubende Aussicht auf den Mount Batur von oben und unten (wie auf dem Black Lava Feld). Das Restaurant zum Mittagessen war so romantisch, das Essen war köstlich. Definitiv empfehlenswert.

We received confirmation one day before the trip, along with information about the pick-up time from our Ubud hotel. The driver was punctual, and it took about 45 minutes to reach the village near Mount Batur, where we transferred to a jeep. The jeep driver was kind and friendly, and he even warned us before we encountered the bumpy road. He helped us take several beautiful pictures, which we really appreciated. After the sunrise, we were taken to see the black lava and capture photos of the scenery. Afterward, we went to the hot springs, which took about an hour. Overall, it was a very relaxing and unhurried trip.

Definitely no regrets for this sunrise and ATV experience. A must-do when you visit Bali. The arrangement was made via WhatsApp the day before. Our driver, Mr. Putu, was super awesome and great company throughout the entire activity, and thank you for being so accommodating. The ATV ride was fun because of your company. Also, our jeep drivers (DK1072 & DK 622) constantly checked in on us and helped us take many super nice photos and videos.

Our guide Kadek Arnawa picked us up at our villa in Ubud at 4am. He was really punctual and has great driving and navigation skills 👍🏻 We reached the base and switched to a cool Jeep at around 5.20am where we were driven up by Rio for about 40 min to catch the sunrise and a beautiful view of the mountains opposite. It was really cold so you may wish to take note and bring a jacket or some blanket/towel with you (won’t be too inconvenient as you’ll always be on either a car/Jeep). Breakfast (bread with banana, hard boiled egg, a protein (?) bar, an orange, coffee/tea) was provided in the Jeep while we waited for the sun to rise. Rio took many photos for us and it got warmer after the sunrise. We took the Jeep to see the black lava before heading back down to our car. Kadek then drove us to a coffee plantation where we tried a whole lot of different coffee (for free, but you can support the plantation by making purchases at the store). After that, we went Ayung white water rafting. To get to the waters, we had to climb down a long flight of stairs but thankfully we each had our own oar to use as support. Needless to say, we also had to climb up the same amount of stairs when we were done. It may be difficult for some people so you may wish to take note as well. The rafting experience was fun, but we learned that our free-lance raft guide was earning only IDR 100,000 per day and he risks his life (he is not covered by insurance although tourists are) steering heavy boats carrying up to 6 passengers (7 including himself). Not sure if it’s entirely true but we hope it isn’t.. After we were done with rafting, Kadek was waiting patiently for us and he then sent us back to our villa. Overall it was a fun experience.
