It was amazing, but getting there was challenging if you're coming from Tokyo city. A superb place for first-timers and beginners. The rental was close to the lifts, but there were additional charges for your apparel. The price is only for boards. Anyway, I will visit again.

The package is good, but the instructions were not clear. We went to the ticket office, which is next to the equipment office, thinking it was a single process. However, we were given lift tickets and rental tickets that we had to pick up outside, next to the resort. The resort does not rent gloves or goggles, but the vendor does.

Although the price including ski equipment is cheap, the quality of the equipment is very poor. You need to first go to the ski ticket hall to exchange your ticket, then walk out of the hall to the road to find the cooperating ski rental shop to pick up the equipment. The items at this shop are not very good, or they give the bad equipment to those with equipment tickets. The first pair of snowboard boots given leaked, and the snowboard was just handed out from outside the door. The equipment quality and experience were extremely poor (it is recommended to rent equipment from the ski resort itself; definitely do not choose the equipment from the shop included in the ticket price). The ski resort environment and slopes are okay.

The cheapest option we could find for skiing in Yuzawa, but their services exceeded my expectations! Definitely worth it.

The transportation to the ski resort was not convenient. The rental store for the included package is located outside the ski resort, which was inconvenient. However, the snow here was nice.

We were unable to redeem the voucher, and Klook simply told us to ask the on-site staff to redeem it, but they also couldn't help. Since Klook stated that a receipt for the ski pass was required for a refund, and we had already spent a lot of time communicating, we had no choice but to continue our trip and purchase full-price tickets on-site. We spent a lot of time dealing with the redemption and communicating with Klook. During our trip, we had to wait online for replies, and if we stepped away for a moment, Klook would end the conversation, requiring us to reconnect. This indeed affected our mood for travel and enjoyment. Fortunately, the customer service was very trustworthy and stated that they would process our case as soon as possible, and they did arrange a refund! We hope Klook pays attention to the redemption process and situation to avoid similar incidents from happening again. Thank you!

The description could have been clearer, stating that the ski pass is ONLY for Yuzawa Kogen, not a combination of Gala Yuzawa and Ishiuchi Maruyama, and that an additional payment would be required for the 3-mountain pass. If one chooses to do so, the total cost would be more than a combined ticket purchased online. We ended up paying extra as Yuzawa Kogen only had the (crowded) beginner slope open, with the upper slopes closed due to strong winds.
