Very convenient, close to Echigo-Yuzawa Station. The ski wear and equipment are new and clean, and the prices are reasonable. There are staff members in the store who are fluent in English, making communication easy. They also have a dedicated shuttle to take us to Ishiuchi Maruyama, and we can book a return trip to the store. The staff are punctual and polite. We will definitely come again next year.

The rental shop is very close to Echigo-Yuzawa Station, and they even help send and collect equipment from the hotel, making it hassle-free. Highly recommended, and also cheaper than hotel rental fees.

Location: Right across from Echigo-Yuzawa Station (Echigo no Yado). Equipment: The snow jackets, pants, shoes, and boards are all excellent 👍🏼 and not old at all. The only drawback is that the lockers for rental equipment are only for hotel guests; we, who only rented equipment, couldn't use them. However, fortunately, the staff were very kind and helped us store our belongings at the front desk, so we just picked them up after skiing 😊

It was a little difficult to find as you need to cross the street and walk for another 5 minutes; it's like at the entrance of a big hotel on the main road. But it was very efficient and fast, and the equipment was of good quality.

Equipment fitted and worked really well! Shop ( Yuzawa international Pro Snow School) is well equipped and the Staff are nice and professional. They also provide a two way trip to the ski slope ( I went to Gala). will definitely come back again!

Lovely store with 10/10 customer service. Can not recommend this place enough they took us to and from the ski resort everyday and let us store our bags there when we needed. Such friendly staff and amazing gear!

This rental shop is one station away from the ski resort, and the train runs once an hour, so please pay close attention when booking your rentals. I accidentally booked rentals but didn't go to pick them up because I thought it would take too much time. The money paid will not be refunded. But overall, booking on the app is very convenient.
