Jantar Khantoke e Show Cultural

*Review from a genuine Thai perspective* Ease of booking via Klook: We booked the Khantoke through the app. I stopped by to read the reviews here and was quite surprised, but I decided to be brave and try it myself, to see it with my own eyes just once. March 22, 2026, the show runs from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. From our perspective, *everything was perfect*. Price: - At only 700 baht/person (with change). - Unlimited refills of local food (the taste might not be very strong because there are more foreigners than Thais, but for me, it was edible). - The staff continuously served both drinks and food without rest, so much so that we couldn't keep up because we were watching the show without taking our eyes off it. Performance: - A variety of performances, fun, exciting, and beautiful, presenting Thai culture excellently. P.S. I would like to encourage Thais from other regions, if you visit Chiang Mai, to come and support this place. It's worth it.

Amazing Khantoke Dinner experience! :) The food was delicious and very filling. The performances were really great and the staffs are all accommodating and friendly. It's wonderful to see the Thai tradition and roots through creative arts! Thank you for the wonderful experience! :)

It was such a fun night. We were welcomed warmly by reception and given timely updates. Food was delicious and topped up regularly. The show was so entertaining and I was mesmerised at every performance. It was such a great night and something I'd recommend to everyone coming here.

I applied because I wanted to experience the culture of the Lanna Kingdom. I was surprised at how similar the food culture was to Korea's. Delicious food is provided in unlimited quantities. All the staff treated us kindly. After a certain amount of food was served, traditional music, dance, and stories followed, and it was clear that they were doing their best. The number of people who can attend at one time is limited, so it wasn't too crowded when we left. We called a songthaew to go back to our accommodation, and the security guard even helped clear the road for us. If you go to Chiang Mai, I highly recommend experiencing this at least once. Our whole family had a delightful experience.

만족스러운 저녁식사. 부페형식으로 다양한 전통음식 경험 가능. 음료 및 맥주 추가주문도 가능 - 외부 대비 살짝 비싸지만..식사하면서 편안하게 전통음악 및 무용 관람도 부담없이 즐길만했어요~ 다양한 전통복장 보는 재미도 쏠쏠. 편하게 보시려면 일반석 (일반 식당과 같이 테이블에 의자), 색다른 경험을 원하시면 바닥석.. 끝나고 춤도 같이 추고.. 나와서 같이 사진촬영도.. 즐거운 2Hr 였습니다.

很幸運的被安排在第一排近距離觀看表演，選擇坐在傳統地墊上更有感覺，只是坐久了腳會麻，需要一直換姿勢。晚上6點半開始陸續進場，服務人員就會開始上菜，用餐時服務人員也會來巡看是否需要補菜，保證可以吃很飽。7點多表演開始，欣賞當地傳統文化、感受文化的氛圍，喜歡這種氣氛的人可以來看。最後快要結束的時候會有一個類似舞龍舞獅但是是白色的動物?會下場找人合照要小費...如果不想給就不要理它，不過這種要小費的方式個人覺得不妥，撇除這點，其他都很OK。最後的最後還會拉台下的觀眾一起上台跳舞共襄盛舉結束晚上的表演。

The Khantoke Dinner and Cultural Show was a remarkable experience. The venue is just a few minutes' walk from the hotel, which made it very convenient. The music and dance performances were beautiful, with skilled and graceful musicians and dancers. The show was well paced and gave a good sense of traditional Northern Thai culture without feeling dragged or overly commercial. The food was good and served in generous portions, and refills were available, so you won't leave hungry. Everything was well organized, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. Overall, a memorable cultural experience that's worth attending, especially if you want an easy and enjoyable evening close to your hotel.

It was such a wonderful experience. All the staff were really nice and accommodating and always wore big smiles. The food that was served was really delicious and would make you want to eat more. The dish that stood out for me was the Kaeng Hang Lay; it didn't have the usual strong curry taste, but it surely satisfied my taste buds. Nam Prik Num elevated the other dishes, giving Nam Prik Awng another level of spiciness. Seeing the Lanna traditional performances made the whole night really fun and interesting. The performers didn't just dance; the organizers also gave a brief history of every music and dance that was performed. If there is one suggestion I would make, perhaps the organizers could add an option, especially for those who are alone, if they want to pair or group with other solo attendees.

The food was so tasty to start with. Getting the buffet was more than enough for the two of us; we didn't even need to ask for further refills! The show itself was brilliant — all the dancers and musicians were incredibly talented. They have an announcement that provides a background/introduction before each performance, so you'll be well informed. I would 100% recommend going as it was a lovely experience!!

깐똑식사의 맛은 무난하고 식사량은 충분해서 많이 남겼고 서비스도 좋았다 다만 공연은 생각보다 시간이 짭고 소박한편이었다 그래도 치앙마이 정취를 느끼기에는 좋은 선택인것 같다
