在klook 上預定,出發前一天下午4點前收到,車牌號碼,領隊的電話,有whatapps or Line 可揀. 由於我們是7月2號出發,有38度的高溫天氣,領隊小李,提醒我們注意小心身體,補充水份,上下車都給我們細心示,最欣賞是旅遊巴內的冷氣十分充足，這兩個地方如果不是自駕,交通會非常不方便,建議大家可以一日遊比較好.

The tour was great! our guide, Leo, took care of all our needs. He gave us brief history of every location we went to which we appreciated a lot. For a full flower bloom experience, suggest to go during middle of summer time. Highly recommend to choose Leo and the ISCC team for a hassle-free and enjoyable trip.

Loved the tour. Our guide, Victoria was very informative as she explained the itinerary of the day, the history of each spot, as well as, tips on what to do and look out for at each attraction in 3 different languages! She was also very clear on the expectations of the tour; adjusted the timing that we spent at each attraction and ensuring everyone is on the bus at specific times. Just note that Cape Samui is quite a hike; so strollers and wheelchairs won’t be able to access 😊

It was well planned and everything went smoothly. The guide was friendly and provided a lot of information during the trip. Sufficient time at Otaru, but insufficient time at Mt Moiwa to see the city light up. The highlight for me was Otaru and Jozankei!

Andy was charmant en gaf ons tips over wat we wel en niet moesten kopen. We hadden geluk dat we goed weer hadden tijdens de tour. Het was een uitdaging om de wandeling naar Kaap Kamui af te maken, maar de uitzichten waren adembenemend en de moeite waard. De Shakotan-tunnel was ook interessant, er is een softijs- en souvenirwinkel. We lunchten in Otaru, waar Andy ons een heel goed visrestaurant liet zien. Het was leuk om daarna gewoon rond te wandelen. Shiroi Koibito was ook fascinerend, waar je veel Instagram-waardige foto's kunt maken. Het is al dicht bij Sapporo, wat fijn was om te weten dat we vroeg op het eindpunt waren aangekomen.

This trip, we have a wonderful guide, Liza! Not only she is very clear with her instructions to everyone in our group, she has nice voice too. The time allowance for all the stops are sufficient and the entire journey is enjoyable, with beautiful sceneries that we managed to captured in photos. Liza always willingly and ready to help us take nice photos. She also recommended good restaurant for our lunch that served meals quickly and valued for money too! Liza speaks Japanese, Chinese and English, and we are very happy to have Liza as our guide, and she definitely makes our trip more enjoyable and pleasant. We hope to meet Liza again in the near future too, if we come Hokkaido again! We highly recommend this trip! Thank you, Liza🩷

Ondanks dat het een grote groep was, wist de reisleider het goed te managen en gebruikte hij Japans, Engels en Chinees door elkaar, zodat iedereen een briefing kreeg over de plaatsen waar we naartoe gingen en de terugkomsttijd naar de bus. Tou deelde ook zijn persoonlijke F&B-lijst op Google Maps met ons. Omdat er een evenement was bij de Hokkaido Schrijn, hadden we meer tijd verdeeld over de andere plaatsen, wat geweldig was!
