Booked on Klook, received the license plate number and tour guide's phone number before 4 PM the day before departure, with options for WhatsApp or Line. Since we departed on July 2nd, with temperatures reaching 38 degrees Celsius, our tour guide, Xiao Li, reminded us to take care of ourselves, stay hydrated, and carefully guided us on and off the bus. What we appreciated most was the excellent air conditioning inside the tour bus. If you're not driving yourself, transportation to these two places would be very inconvenient, so we recommend a one-day tour.

The tour was great! Our guide, Leo, took care of all our needs. He gave us a brief history of every location we went to, which we appreciated a lot. For a full flower bloom experience, I suggest going during the middle of summer. I highly recommend choosing Leo and the ISCC team for a hassle-free and enjoyable trip.

Loved the tour. Our guide, Victoria, was very informative as she explained the day's itinerary, the history of each spot, as well as tips on what to do and look out for at each attraction in 3 different languages! She was also very clear on the expectations of the tour; she adjusted the time we spent at each attraction and ensured everyone was on the bus at specific times. Just note that Cape Samui is quite a hike, so strollers and wheelchairs won't be able to access it.

It was well planned and everything went smoothly. The guide was friendly and provided a lot of information during the trip. Sufficient time at Otaru, but insufficient time at Mt Moiwa to see the city light up. The highlight for me was Otaru and Jozankei!

Andy was charming and gave us tips on what to buy and what not to buy. We were lucky to have good weather during the tour. It was a challenge to finish the Cape Kamui walk, but the views were breathtaking and rewarding. The Shakotan tunnel was also interesting, with a soft-serve ice cream and souvenir shop. We had lunch in Otaru, where Andy showed us a very good seafood restaurant. It was fun just walking around afterward. Shiroi Koibito was also fascinating, where you can take many Instagram-worthy photos. It's already near Sapporo, which was great to know that we arrived early at the endpoint.

Aunque era un grupo grande, el guía turístico lo manejó bien y usó japonés, inglés y chino indistintamente para que todos recibieran una breve descripción de los lugares a los que nos dirigíamos, así como la hora de regreso al autobús. También compartió con nosotros su lista personal de restaurantes y bares en Google Maps. Como había un evento en el Santuario de Hokkaido, tuvimos más tiempo distribuido para los otros lugares, ¡lo cual fue genial!

We enjoyed this tour as we were able to visit many places and the tour guide was nice. I would recommend joining this tour.

Our driver, Xiao Ma, was on time, pleasant, and efficient. We managed to visit all the places we wanted to see in Furano/Biei, including Farm Tomita, Shikisai No Oka, Blue Pond, Shirahige Falls, Mt. Tokachi, and Ningle Terrace. We even had a lovely lunch at a small restaurant on the way to Blue Pond. We were glad we chartered this service, as it allowed us to enjoy all these places at our own pace.
