在klook 上預定,出發前一天下午4點前收到,車牌號碼,領隊的電話,有whatapps or Line 可揀. 由於我們是7月2號出發,有38度的高溫天氣,領隊小李,提醒我們注意小心身體,補充水份,上下車都給我們細心示,最欣賞是旅遊巴內的冷氣十分充足，這兩個地方如果不是自駕,交通會非常不方便,建議大家可以一日遊比較好.

The tour was great! our guide, Leo, took care of all our needs. He gave us brief history of every location we went to which we appreciated a lot. For a full flower bloom experience, suggest to go during middle of summer time. Highly recommend to choose Leo and the ISCC team for a hassle-free and enjoyable trip.

Loved the tour. Our guide, Victoria was very informative as she explained the itinerary of the day, the history of each spot, as well as, tips on what to do and look out for at each attraction in 3 different languages! She was also very clear on the expectations of the tour; adjusted the timing that we spent at each attraction and ensuring everyone is on the bus at specific times. Just note that Cape Samui is quite a hike; so strollers and wheelchairs won’t be able to access 😊

It was well planned and everything went smoothly. The guide was friendly and provided a lot of information during the trip. Sufficient time at Otaru, but insufficient time at Mt Moiwa to see the city light up. The highlight for me was Otaru and Jozankei!

Andy var sjarmerende og ga oss tips om hva vi burde kjøpe og ikke kjøpe. Vi var heldige med godt vær under turen. Det var en utfordring å fullføre turen til Cape Camui, men utsikten var fantastisk og givende. Shakotan-tunnelen var også interessant, der er det en softis- og suvenirbutikk. Vi spiste lunsj i Otaru hvor Andy viste oss en veldig god sjømatrestaurant. Det var gøy å bare gå rundt etterpå. Shiroi Koibito var også fascinerende, der man kan ta mange Instagram-verdige bilder. Det er allerede nær Sapporo, noe som var flott å vite at vi ankom tidlig til endepunktet.

This trip, we have a wonderful guide, Liza! Not only she is very clear with her instructions to everyone in our group, she has nice voice too. The time allowance for all the stops are sufficient and the entire journey is enjoyable, with beautiful sceneries that we managed to captured in photos. Liza always willingly and ready to help us take nice photos. She also recommended good restaurant for our lunch that served meals quickly and valued for money too! Liza speaks Japanese, Chinese and English, and we are very happy to have Liza as our guide, and she definitely makes our trip more enjoyable and pleasant. We hope to meet Liza again in the near future too, if we come Hokkaido again! We highly recommend this trip! Thank you, Liza🩷

Selv om det var en stor gruppe, håndterte reiselederen det bra og brukte japansk, engelsk og kinesisk om hverandre, slik at alle fikk en kort orientering om stedene vi skulle til, samt returtiden til bussen. Han delte også sin personlige liste over mat- og drikkesteder på Google Maps med oss. Fordi det var et arrangement ved Hokkaido-helligdommen, fikk vi mer tid fordelt på de andre stedene, noe som var flott!
